In this thesis, we have introduced two subclasses and of meromorphic functions and obtained some results for functions in these subclasses, like coefficient inequalities, growth and distortion inequalities, closure results, the radii of starlikeness and convexity, some properties of a certain integral operator, neighborhood, partial sums. Finally, we proved some results concerning the Hadamard product of meromorphic univalent functions in .
