يتناول البحث دراسة العلاقات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية بين دولة الكويت بكل من الامارات وعمان واليمن خلال الفترة التاريخية (1961م - 1977م) وتتضمن الدراسة علاقة الكويت بالدول الثلاث وهي (الإمارات ، عمان ، اليمن ) لما يوجد بينهم من صفات واحدة سواء بيئية اجتماعية أو جغرافية أو حضارية ، وترجع في جذورها البشرية إلى أصل واحد، ويتلاقى تاريخها مع بعضها البعض بحيث يصعب عملياً الفصل بينها، حتى لو تقسمت اليوم إلى ممالك ودول وإمارات كل لها حدودها السياسية ونظام حكمها المستقل.
أن التعاون بين الدول الخليجية يهدف الى إيجاد الطرق والوسائل لبناء حضاري على المستوى السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي، عملت الكويت على بقاء المشتركات الإنسانية والرغبة الصادقة في إثراء الخبرات المتبادلة، وفي إقامة علاقة متكافئة ندية مع دول بكل من الامارات وعمان واليمن فضلاً عن أن الكويتيون اهتموا بمسألة الانفتاح على الآخر والتفاهم والتعاون معهم، مع الاحتفاظ بالخصوصيات والهويات الذاتية والاعتزاز بها، مما أسهم في توفير مناخ ملائم للتبادل النافع في مجال تلك المجالات والمعارف الإنسانية الأخرى .

Addresses current research study of political, economic and social relations between the Kuwait's Relationship with Emirate, Oman and Yeman Peninsula during the historical period (1961 AD - 1977) The study includes a relationship Kuwait three countries, namely, (the Emirates, Oman, Yemen) because none of them of the qualities of one, whether environmental, social geographical or cultural, and is rooted in human roots to the original one, and joined its history with each other, making it difficult in practice to separate them, even if Tksmt today to the kingdoms and principalities and countries all have the political borders and the system of independent rule.
The aim of finding ways and means to build a civilization on the political, economic and social level, Kuwait has been working on the survival of the human participants and a sincere desire to enrich the reciprocal of the lessons of experience and take advantage of them, and in the establishment of dewy equal relationship with the south of the Arabian Peninsula countries as well as the Kuwaitis were interested in the question of openness to others and understanding and to cooperate with him, while maintaining privacy and identities and self-esteem, thus contributing to provide a favorable environment for the exchange of beneficial in those areas and other humanitarian knowledge
