هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن دور مديري مدارس العاصمة عمّان في تعزيز ثقافة الحوار لدى طلبة الثانوية وأثر متغيرات الجنس والصف, واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (12700) طالباً وطالبة، وقامت الباحثة باستخدام الطريقة العشوائية في اختيار عينة الدراسة، وقد بلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة (600) فرداً, وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الدرجة الكلية للممارسة مديري مدارس العاصمة عماّن تعزيز ثقافة الحوار لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة, حيث جاء في المرتبة الأولى مجال "الدواعي المعرفية لتعزيز ثقافة الحوار(الجانب الفكري) وفي المرتبة الثانية جاء مجال "الدواعي الوطنية لتعزيز ثقافة الحوار"، وجاء في المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة مجال "مبادئ الحوار وأساليبه ومبرراته, كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس على جميع المجالات ولصالح الذكور, وبوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تعزى لأثر الصف في فيما يتعلق بالجانب الفكري, والجانب الاجتماعي تبعاً لمتغير الصف ولصالح للصف الأول ثانوي, وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مبادئ الحوار وأساليبه, وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تثقيف وتوعية الطلبة من خلال مدراء المدارس بأهمية وضرورة احترام حقوق وحريات كل إنسان دون تمييز على أسس دينية أو عرقية أو لغوية أو طائفية أو إقليمية وبعيداً عن أية أحكام مسبقة أو تعصب أو تطرف.

 The study aimed at revealing the role of the Amman Metropolitan school principals in promoting a culture of dialogue among secondary students and the impact of gender and grade variables. The researcher followed the survey and the study community was from (12700) students and students, and the researcher used the random method of selecting the study sample, with a study sample of 600 individuals. The results of the study showed that the overall degree of practice of the principals of the Amman Metropolitan schools was to promote a culture of dialogue among high-level students, to a moderate degree , where it came first, "cognitive reasons to promote a culture of dialogue (intellectual) and second place" national reasons for promoting a culture of dialogue ", the third and final place is" the principles, methods and justifications of dialogue. The results also showed a statistically significant difference due to the impact of gender on all areas and in favour of males, and the existence of statistically significant differences attributable to the classroom effect in relation to the intellectual aspect , the social aspect depending on the row variable and for the first grade of secondary, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample to the principles and methods of the dialogue. The study recommended that students should be educated and sensitized through school principals on the importance and the need to respect the rights and freedoms of every human being without discrimination on religious, ethnic, linguistic, sectarian or regional grounds and away from any prejudices, fanaticism or extremism
