هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT) في تنمية الموارد البشرية في مديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الأنبار، وذلك من وجهة نظر موظفيها ووفق متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والدورات التدريبية، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي المسحي، باستخدام استبانة طبقت على عينة الدراسة البالغة (240) موظفاً وموظفة من موظفي مديرية التربية والتعليم في محافظة الأنبار، وقد تضمنت ثلاثة مجالات هي: أهمية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، ودرجة توافر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، ودور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تنمية الموارد البشرية، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أهمية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بدرجة مرتفعة، ودور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تنمية الموارد البشرية جاء مرتفعاً، في حين جاء مجال درجة توافر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بدرجة منخفضة، وأظهرت النتائج أيضاً عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة وفق متغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة وفق متغير الدورات التدريبية لصالح يوجد دورات، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها: توفير متطلبات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بدرجة أكبر في مديرية تربية والتعليم بمحافظة الأنبار. |

This study aimed at knowing the role of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in Developing Human Resources in Alanbbar education directorate from its staff's point of view according to the variables of gender, scientific qualification, and training courses. The survey descriptive approach was used by using a questionnaire from the sample study which consisted of (240) female and male workers in Alanbaar education directorate.
The questionnaire consisted of three domains which are the importance of information and communication technologies, the availability of information and communication technologies, and the role of information and communication technologies in developing human resources. The research results indicated the importance of the role of information and communication technologies with a high degree, and the role of Information and Communication Technologies in developing human resources was high; whereas the domain of the availability of Information and Communication Technologies was low. The research results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the study sample's estimates according to the variables of gender and scientific qualification. In addition, there were statistically significant differences in the study sample's estimates according to the variables of training courses in favour of those with training courses.In light of the research the study suggested the some recommendations of which providing Information and Communication Technologies with a high degree in the education directorate of Alanbaar governorate
