يُعدُّ متن الألفية لابن مالك من المتون النحوية المميزة الذي تسابق العلماء على شرحه, وكان ممن أسهم في شرحه الإمام الشاطبي من خلال كتابه (المقاصد الشافية في شرح الخلاصة الكافية), وبعد اطلاعي على هذا الكتاب اكتشفت أن الشاطبي كثير الدفاع عن ابن مالك, إلَّا في بعض الأحيان كان يعترض عليه, لِذا رأيت أن أُسلط الضوء على اعتراضاته ومواقفه من ابن مالك في المسائل المعترضة, فعرضت المسائل حسب ووردها في (المقاصد الشافية), وبعد ذلك وضعت عنواناً لكل مسألة, وتتكون المسألة في أربعة أجزاء, جزء يتعلق بتوضيح رأي ابن مالك, وذلك من خلال شرح بيت أو بيتين من الألفية, وجزء يذكر نص اعتراض الشاطبي على ابن مالك, وجزء يقوم بدراسة المسألة, وذلك من خلال موازنة بين موقف ابن مالك وموقف الشاطبي, ومن تابعهما أو سبقهما إليه والمواقف الأخرى في الرأي نفسه, وذلك بعرض الحجج السماعية والقياسية وما يتصل بذلك من أمور أخرى, والجزء الأخير من المسألة يتعلق ببيان الرأي الراجح الذي يميل إليه الباحث بعد الدراسة, وكذلك حاولت الوقوف على أبرز السمات في (المقاصد الشافية) ومؤلفه, وذلك بيان مدى دقته في النقل وتوثيقه للنصوص والآراء, وتأثره بالسابقين وأثره باللاحقين, وأيضا بيان أثر ثقافته الأصولية عند اعتراضاته على ابن مالك.
ولعلّ من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أنَّ اعتراضات الشاطبي على ابن مالك قليلة مقارنة بهذا الشرح الضخم؛ لأنَّ ابن مالك كثيراً ما يقف في الألفية مع مذهب سيبويه وجمهور البصريين, وفي أغلب الأحيان يحاول أن يجد اعتذاراً له, وكذلك اعتمد الشاطبي على منهج الأصوليين عند شرحه واعتراضاته على النحاة, ويرى أنَّ مخالفة إجماع النحويين كمخالفة إجماع الفقهاء, فإجماعهم حُجَّة, ومخالفهم مخطئ.
وهذه الدراسة اشتملت على مقدمة, وتمهيد, ثم أربعة فصول, تضمَّن كل منها عدداً من المسائل, ثم الخاتمة ذُكر فيها أبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج.

Alfiyyah Ibn Malek's text is regarded as one of the most significant syntactical texts which the scholars competed on its explanation . Al-Shatibi was one of them who contributed through his book (Al- Maqasid Al-Shafeyah Fi Sharh Al-Khulassa Al- kafeyah) . After reading this book I discovered that Al-Shatibi was the more defendant of Ibn Malek , however he , sometimes, objected him , so I preferred to unseel on his objections and attitudes of Ibn Malek in the intercepting questions . imanifested the questions as mentioned in (Al-Maqasid Al-Shafeyah), after that I chose an address for each question, the question is formed of four chapters . A chapter is concerned with Ibn Malek's viewpoint through the explanation of one or two verses quoted from (Alfiyyah) . Another chapter mentions the text of Al-Shatibi's objection on Ibn Malek . The other chapter studies the question through making adjustment between Ibn Malek's attitude and Al-Shatibi and those who pursued or preceded and the other attitudes in the same viewpoint through indicating the audiological and standard proofs and what is connected with the other things .The last chapter is concerned with the prominent view which the researcher preferred after the study . I tried to stand at the most distinguished characteristics in (Al-Maqasid Al-Shafeyah) . His author showed to what extent he was accurate in interpretation and documentation of texts and views and his being affected by the predecessors and his effects on the followers in addition to the effect of his original culture while objecting Ibn Malek . The most important result the study has reached that Al-Shatibi's objections on Ibn Malek were little as compared to such comprehensive explanation because Ibn Malek was almost standing with Seebawaih trend and Al-Basriyyeen Group . Most of the time he was trying to find excuses , and Al Shatibi also depended on the originalists style in his explanation and objections against the grammarians is as opposing all the philologists , being with them is a proof, the opposer is wrong . This study included an introduction .preface and four chapters , each one contained several questions then the conclusion that mentioned the most significant results done by the study |
