هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديرات رياض الأطفال في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظة الفروانية من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (496) معلمة، وتم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (35) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات هي (التخطيط، وإدارة الصف، والتقويم، والعلاقات الإنسانية، والتطوير والإبداع)، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:
- أن درجة ممارسة مديرات رياض الأطفال لدورهن في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظة الفروانية من وجهة نظر المعلمات كانت بدرجة متوسطة.
- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (? ? 0.05) لتقديرات معلمات رياض الأطفال لدور مديرات رياض الأطفال في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظة الفروانية تبعاً لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، وعدد الدورات.
- وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ? ?) لتقديرات معلمات رياض الأطفال لدور مديرات رياض الأطفال في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في محافظة الفروانية تعزى لمتغير التخصص ولصالح أصحاب فئة (تخصصات أخرى).
وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: تدريب مديرات رياض الأطفال وتطويرهن مهنياً أثناء الخدمة

This study aimed at identifying the role of the kindergarten principals in improving the job performance of the kindergarten teachers in Farwaniya Governorate from the viewpoint of the teachers. The sample of the study consisted of (496) female teachers. A 35-item questionnaire divided into five domains: (planning, classroom management, evaluation, human relationships, and the innovation and creativity) was pre-tested for its validity and reliability and conducted on the sample of the study. To answer the questions of the study, a statistical analysis was conducted including Means, Standard Deviations, and Analysis of Variance
The results of the study showed the following:
- The degree of practicing of the principals of kindergartens for their role in improving job performance of kindergarten teachers in Farwaniya Governorate from the viewpoint of the teachers was moderate.
- There were no statistically significant differences at level (0.05 ? ?) to the estimates of the kindergarten teachers to the role of the kindergarten principals in improving the job performance of kindergarten teachers in Farwaniya Governorate due to the variables of qualification and years of experience, and the number of the training courses.
- There were statistically significant differences at level (0.05 ? ?) to the estimates of the kindergarten teachers to the role of the kindergarten principals in improving the job performance of kindergarten teachers in Farwaniya Governorate due to the variable of specialization and in favor of (other specializations). In light of the study results, the researcher offered a series of recommendations including the training of kindergarten principals to develop them professionally during the service
