الملخص بالعربية |
شملت هذه الرسالة تحقيق كتاب الملتقطات والذي يبدأ بكتاب أدب القاضي إلى نهاية الكتاب، وما يتعلق به من دراسة للمخطوطة، وأهم أهداف الدراسة هي: إخراج هذا الكتاب تحقيقاً ودراسة وتبيين أهميته، وبيان شخصية المؤلف، وإبراز مآثره، وإظهار ما لهذا الكتاب من أهمية وخاصة في المذهب الحنفي، وذلك من خلال استعراض المسائل الفقهية والفتاوى المُسَّطرة بين دفتيه، والاعتناء بنص الكتاب وإظهاره على الوجه الذي أراده مؤلفه، وإظهاره بشكل مناسب، وعلى حسب ضوابط التحقيق.
وأما أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها فهي: إنَّ مسعود بن شجاع الأموي فقيه حنفي، وهو شيخ الحنفية بدمشق في زمانه، وكان قاضياً للعسكر ومُفتياً للمذهب، وأنه ذو جاه وافر وسعة في الرزق والعيش، وكان منهجه في تأليف الكتاب انتقاء لمسائل معينة كثُر وقوعها في زمانه جمعها وصنفها في كتابه، وإنَّ للكتاب منزلة مرموقة عند الكثير من علماء الحنفية، ويتأكد ذلك من خلال استشهاداتهم بمسائله في كتبهم
