هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في مدارس دولة الكويت وعلاقتها بفاعلية القرار التربوي ، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (371) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وقد استخدمت أداة مكونة من محورين : المحور الأول لقياس درجة تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية ، والمحور الثاني لقياس فاعلية القرار التربوي . وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في مدارس دولة الكويت جاءت بدرجة متوسطة على جميع المجالات وعلى المقياس ككل. وأن فاعلية القرار التربوي جاء بدرجة متوسطة على جميع المجالات وعلى الأداة ككل. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي على جميع المجالات المتعلقة بالإدارة الالكترونية، بينما كانت هناك فروق في سنوات الخبرة لصالح سنوات الخبرة (10 سنوات فأكثر). وأظهرت النتائج كذلك عدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر متغير الجنس على جميع المجالات المتعلقة بفاعلية القرار التربوي. بينما كانت هناك فروق في المؤهل العلمي في مجال تحديد البدائل لصالح مؤهل البكالوريوس ووجود فروق في سنوات الخبرة في مجال تحديد المشكلة لصالح فئة الخبرة (10 سنوات فأكثر). وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية وفاعلية القرار التربوي.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها يوصي الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها توفير الدعم المالي لمراكز تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالمدارس لأجل التحول للإدارة الإلكترونية، التأكيد على تدريب المديرين خاصة، والمعلمين عامة، على استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية في العمل المدرسي الإداري والفني.

The study aimed at recognizing The degree of application of electronic management in schools in Kuwait and its relationship to effective educational decision, the study sample was consisted of (371) male and female teachers, they were selected randomly, two instruments were used: the first to measure the degree of electronic management, and the second to measure the effective educational decision, validity and reliability have been confirmed. The results showed that the degree of application of electronic administration in the schools of The State of Kuwait came medium on all fields and on the scale as a whole. And that the effectiveness of the educational decision came moderately on all fields and on the tool as a whole. The results also showed a lack of statistically significant differences due to the impact of the variables of sex and qualification on all areas related to administering electronic, while there were differences in the years of experience for the benefit of years of experience more than (10 years), and the results also showed no differences due to the impact of the variable sex all areas related to educational decision effectively, while there were differences in academic qualification in the field of identifying alternatives for the benefit of eligible bachelor and the existence of differences in years of experience in the field to identify the problem in favor of the class experience more than 10 years. The results showed a positive relationship between the positive application of electronic administration and effectiveness of educational decision.
In light of the results that have been reached researcher recommends a set of recommendations including the provision of financial support for centers of information technology in schools for the shift to electronic management, emphasis on the training of managers in particular, teachers in general, using the electronic adminstration in the work of school administrative and technical support |
