The Study aimed to identify the level Degree of Schools Kuwaiti principals practice for effectiveness leadership, according to Contingency Theory ? Fiedler, the study sample consisted of (243) teachers from schools Farwaniya area code in Kuwait , has been chosen randomly , has been used a questionnaire to measure effectiveness leadership, validity and reliability have been confirmed , The results of the study showed that that the degree of exercise effectiveness leadership in the middle school area Farwaniya education in the State of Kuwait was Medium. The results showed a statistically significant difference due to the effect of the sex variable in all aspects and at the tool as a whole in favor of males, The results showed a statistically significant difference due to the effect of the qualification in in favor of BA qualification, while did not show statistically significant differences in other areas. , The results showed a statistically significant difference due to the effect of categories of experience in class experience less than 5 years, and more than 10 years, and came differences in favor of each of the two categories of experience of 5-10 years, and more than 10 years.In light of the results that have been reached , The study recommended the need to establish more positive relationships with teachers to achieve effective leadership, strengthening the participation of teachers in decision-making and instill the values of participation in the policies of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education
