تتناول هذه الدراسة حرية تنظيم العمل النقابي في التشريعات الأردنية بالمقارنة مع المعايير الدولية، حيث تسلط الضوء على نشأة وتطور حرية تنظيم العمل النقابي على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي، ومقارنة واقع حرية تنظيم العمل النقابي في الأردن مع المعايير الدولية بهذا الشأن لإبراز أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف وصولاً إلى نتائج وتوصيات تعزز حرية تنظيم العمل النقابي على المستوى الوطني، وبما ينسجم مع أحكام الاتفاقيات الدولية المتعلقة بهذا الموضوع.
حيث كانت المشكلة الرئيسية هي إلى أي مدى تستند حرية تنظيم العمل النقابي في الاردن إلى المعايير الدولية ذات العلاقة، وما مستوى الحماية التي تتمتع بها؟ وخاصة لتعارضها مع تشريع العمل الأردني ولهذا قام الباحث بوضع فرضيات لهذه الدراسة في إطار الضمانات والضوابط وكيفية الأجراءات وكيفية الرقابة على هذه الحرية ووضع الباحث الهدف بتسليط الضوء على موضوع حرية التنظيم وأشكاليه التوافق بين التشريع الوطني واتفاقيات العمل الدولية الصادرة بهذا الخصوص برغم أن هذه الحرية من نتاج عملية التحول الديمقراطي في الأردن كباقي الدول الأخرى.
وبناء عليه تم تقسيم هذه الدراسة إلى فصلين، بحثنا في الفصل الأول عن نشأة وتطور حرية تنظيم العمل النقابي ومصادر هذه الحرية، ثم بحثنا في الفصل الثاني عن واقع حرية تنظيم العمل النقابي في الأردن بالمقارنة مع المعايير الدولية من تنظيم ووسائل الحرية والقيود التي ترد عليها وضمانات الحماية، وما هي الآليات التي تستخدمها الدولة والنتائج التي تترتب على الاعتراف بها، وأنهينا الدراسة بخاتمة تتضمن النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلنا إليها.

The study deals with the freedom to organize the trade in the Jordanian labor legislation in comparison with international standards.It highlights the origins and evolution of the freedom to organize trade union work at the national and international levels,and comparing the reality of freedom to organize union work in Jordan with international standards on this matter to highlight points of agreement and disagreement down to the findings and recommendations enhancing the organization of freedom of trade union work at the national level and in line with the provisions of international conventions on the subject.
The main issues persecuted are in regards to the extent of the freedom of organization of working unions in Jordan and international students along with the establishment of protection of these freedoms.Specifically in contrast with the legislation on work in Jordan as a result the hypotheses discussed in the study are in relative to insurance of students and respected policies on mustering of these freedoms, thus study is agreed at shedding light on the mustering of these freedoms along with issues on agreements between the national legislation and international work agreements origiuatrey in this situation. In order for these freedoms as a result of changing views towards democracy in Jordan in respective to other nations
Accordingly, this study has been divided into two chapters; we have discussed in the first chapter on the origins and evolution of the freedom to organize trade union work and the sources of this freedom.Then, we have discussed in the second chapter the reality of the freedom to organize trade union work in Jordan, compared with the international standards of regulation and means of freedom and restrictions that figured it out and protection guarantees and what the mechanisms used by the state are and the consequences of recognition.We have finished the study by conclusion containing the findings and recommendations we have reached.
