الملخص بالعربية |
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المشكلات التي يواجهها مدرسو مادة التربية الإسلامية للمرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة الأنبار وطرق التغلب عليها من وجهة نظر المدرسين انفسهم. ونظراً لطبيعة الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الإسلامية للمرحلة المتوسطة والبالغ عددهم (510) في مدارس محافظة الأنبار، وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن أبرز المشكلات المتعلقة بالأهداف من وجهة نظر مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الإسلامية كانت تركيز أهداف التربية الإسلامية على التحصيل المعرفي، كما أن أبرز المشكلات المتعلقة بالمحتوى من وجهة نظر مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الإسلامية كانت بقاء محتوى كتب التربية الإسلامية مدة طويلة دون تطوير وأقلها وجود الأخطاء اللغوية والمطبعية في كتب التربية الإسلامية، وأن أبرز المشكلات المتعلقة بالتقويم من وجهة نظر مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الإسلامية كانت إصرار معظم المعلمين على أن يأتي الطالب بالإجابة نصاً كما هي في الكتاب وأقلها عدم إخبار أولياء الأمور بمستوى أبنائهم في مواد التربية الإسلامية، وأن أبرز المشكلات المتعلقة بطرق التدريس والوسائل التعليمية من وجهة نظر مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الإسلامية كانت ضعف إلمام المعلمين بطرق التعليم الحديثة، وأقلها عدم استخدام استراتيجيات التعليم (التعاوني, التشاركي, العصف الذهني وغيرها)، وأن أبرز المشكلات المتعلقة بمعلم التربية الإسلامية من وجهة نظر مدرسي ومدرسات التربية الإسلامية كانت قلة الدورات التدريبية لمعلمي التربية الإسلامية" وأقلها قلة عدد المعلمين المتخصصين في تعليم مواد التربية الإسلامية، كما أظهرت النتائج المتعلقة أن أبرز طرق التغلب على المشكلات من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت تقويم مستمر لكتب التربية الإسلامية من أجل مناسبتها مع طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة، وتدريب المعلمين من أجل إنتاج وسائل تدريس لمحتوى كتب التربية الإسلامية، وإعداد برامج تدريبية مستمرة من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم من أجل رفع المستوى التقني والإنتاجي لوسائل وطرق التدريس لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية وتفعيل دور المعلمين من خلال إشراكهم في البحوث التربوية والمؤتمرات المحلية والعالمية من أجل اكتساب الخبرة والمهارات اللازمة في التدريس
كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء أفراد العينة حول المشاكل والمعوقات التي تواجه مدرسي مادة التربية الإسلامية من وجهة نظر الشريحة المستهدفة باختلاف المغيرات الشخصية، وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها بعقد دورات تدريبية للمدرسي والمدرسات حول كيفية إعداد الأهداف وزيادة التحصيل المعرفي، والعمل على توسيع دائرة معلوماته وتجربة أفكاره وأن يكون باستمرار في حالة تفحص وتحقيق وأن يخصص بعض أوقاته لمطالعة الكتب والأبحاث.

This study aimed to reveal the main problems faced by teachers of Islamic Education of the middle level and the main methods to get over them from the perspectives of the teachers in province of Al-Inbar. According to the nature of the stadys the desartptive appreaeh was used . The population of the study consisted of all teachers of Islamic education of the middle level in the school of Al-Inbar province. The results of the study showed that the main problems related to the objectives of the study from the perspectives of the teachers were focusing the Islamic education on the knowledgeable accumulation. Also, the main problems related to the content were not developed from a long period of time and these problems include the linguistic and tipped errors. Moreover, the man problems related to the evaluation from the perspectives of Islamic education teachers were that those teachers insisted on the typical answer as from the textbook and not to inform the parents of the students about the level of their children at Islamic education. Whereas, the main problems related to the methods and ways of teaching and learning was the lack of knowing the modern teaching methods and not to use the teaching strategies including (cooperative, participation, and brainstorming). As well as the main problems related to the Islamic education teacher were the shortage of accusation the training courses and the shortage of the number of the specialized teachers in Islamic education. The results of the study showed the main methods to get over these problems from the perspective of the teachers were a continuous evaluation for the Islamic education textbooks to be appropriate with the students of the middle level and to train the teachers in order to produce teaching ways for the content of Islamic education textbook. Also, to prepare continuous training programs by the ministry of education and learning. Thus, the technical and productive level of the methods of education for the Islamic teachers will be increased. Also, to activate the role of teachers by participating them in the educational researches and local and international conferences to accusation the experience and the necessary skills in teaching.
The results of the study showed that there are no differences among the thoughts of the individuals of the sample about the problems and obstacles face the teachers of Islamic education from the perspectives of the objective people with the difference of personal variables. It has been recommended in conducting training courses for teachers about how to prepare the aims and increasing the knowledgeable accumulation. Also, work to widen the space of information and to test the ideas. Continuously, be ready to read the researches and books
