الملخص بالعربية |
هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن درجة التزام مدرسي التربية الاسلامية للمرحلة المتوسطه ياخلاقيات مهنة التعليم في محافظة الانبار من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس والمشرفين التربويين من خلال الاجابة عن الاسئلة التالية:
1- ما درجة إلتزام مدرسي التربية الاسلامية للمرحلة المتوسطه باخلاقيات مهنة التعليم في محافظة الانبار من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس والمشرفين التربويين؟
2- هل هناك فروق ذات دلاله أحصائيه عن مستوى الدلاله في تقديرات مدراء المدارس والمشرفين التربويين لدرجه التزام مدرسي التربية الاسلامية بأخلاقيات مهنة التعليم في محافظة الانبار، تعزى الى متغير (الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، الوظيفة).
واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتمثلت اداة الدراسة بإعداد استبانة مكونه من (54) فقره موزعة على أربعة مجالات لقياس درجه التزام مدرسي التربيه الاسلامية للمرحلة المتوسطة بأخلاقيات مهنة التعليم من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس والمشرفيين التربويين وقد تم التاكد من صدقها وثباتها.
وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مدراء المدارس للمرحله المتوسطه ومشرفي التربية الاسلامية العاملين في وزارة التربية والتعليم في محافظة الانبارفي جمهورية العراق للعام الدراسي 2013-2014م وكان عددهم الكلي (420) شخصا منهم (407) مدير مدرسة للمرحلة المتوسطة و(13) مشرف تربية إسلامية. وتألفت عينة الدراسة من (100) ما بين مدير مدرسة ومشرف تربوي في محافظه الانبار وهم يشكلون (24%) من مجتمع الدراسة وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة.
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن درجة التزام مدرسي التربية الاسلامية للمرحلة المتوسطة باخلاقيات مهنة التعليم في محافظة الانبار من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس والمشرفيين التربويين جاءت بتقدير متوسطة في جميع المجالات حيث جاء مجال (أخلاقيات المدرس تجاه زملائه) بالمرتبة الاولى بدرجة متوسطة ثم يليه مجال (أخلاقيات المدرس تجاه نفسه وعمله) ثم يليه مجال (أخلاقيات المدرس تجاه طلبته) ثم يليه بالمرتبة الاخيرة مجال (أخلاقيات المدرس اتجاه مجتمعه).
وأظهرت النتائج: وجود فروق ذات دلاله أحصائية لدرجة التقديرات حسب متغير الجنس (ذكر، انثى) على مجال (اخلاقيات المدرس تجاه زملائه، ومجال أخلاقيات المدرس تجاه مجمتعه) وكانت الفروق لصالح الاناث.
واظهرت النتائج: عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيه لدرجة تقديرات مدراء المدارس والمشرفين التربويين حسب متغير العمر، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، والوظيفة (مدير مدرسة، مشرف تربوي).
وقد أوصت الدراسة:
1- طرح مساقات عن أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم في منهاج كليات التربية ليتبين للطالب / المعلم واجبه الاخلاقي.
2- وضع ميثاق عن أخلاقيات المهنة تعده وزراة التربية للعمل به في المؤسسة التلعيمية.
3- عقد دورات تطويرية لمدرسي التربية الاسلامية حول أخلاقيات المهنة في محافظة الانبار.

This study aimed to reveal the degree of commitment of Islamic education teachers in Work Ethics in Anbar province from the perspective of school principals and educational supervisors through answering the following questions:
1.What is the degree of commitment of Islamic education teachers in Work Ethics in Anbar province from the perspective of school principals and educational supervisors?
2.Are there any significant differences on the level of significance (a <0.05) in the estimates of school administrators and the educational supervisors to Islamic education teachers? commitment at intermediate stage for ethics of the teaching profession in Anbar province
The researcher used descriptive analytical method consisted study tool by preparing a questionnaire which consisted 54 items distributed into four areas to measure the degree of commitment of Islamic education teachers in Work Ethics in Anbar province from the perspective of school principals and educational supervisors which has been the validity and the stability.
The study population consisted of all the principals of intermediate stage and supervisors of Islamic education in the Ministry of Education at Anbar province in the Republic of Iraq for schoolistc year 2013/2014. The total were (420) persons, they were (407) principals of intermediate stage and (13) Islamic Educational supervisor. The study sample consisted of (100) between principals of intermediate stage and Islamic Educational supervisor in Anbar province, who represent 24% of the study population who were randomly and simply chosen.
The study results showed that the degree of commitment of Islamic education teachers in Work Ethics in Anbar province from the perspective of school principals and educational supervisors were moderate in all fields. However, (the teacher ethics towards his colleagues) was in the first stage with moderate degree followed by the field (teacher ethics toward himself and his work), then the field of (teacher ethics towards his students). Finally, the field of (teacher ethics towards the community)
Moverover, the results showed that there are no statistical significant differences on the degree of estimates variable according to gender (male / female) of the field (the teacher ethics towards his colleagues) and the field (teacher ethics towards the community) were differences were in favor of females, also results showed that there are no statistical significant differences by degree of estimates of school principa and supervisor acoording to variable age, scientific qualification years of experience and employment (school principal and educational supervisor).
The study recommended:
1.Setting up the courses on ethics of teaching profession in curriculum of faculty of education to show the moral duty for the student / teacher.
2.Setting up an agreement on ethics of teaching profession which prepared by the Ministry of Education to work in educational institution.
3.Holding development courses for teachers of Islamic education about the ethics of the profession in Anbar province
