هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اثر العامل الاقتصادي على العلاقات التركية الأردنية وخاصة بعد ظهور حزب التنمية والعدالة إلى سدة الحكم (2002 - 2016). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم: أولا، إعادة النظر في مجمل المفاهيم ومنطلقات التفكير التي بنيت عليها العلاقات الدولية بين الأردن وتركيا وخاصة المتعلقة منها بالبعدين التاريخي والثقافي، وثانيا مقاربة طبيعة العلاقات الأردنية التركية وتطورها قبل وبعد وصول حزب العدالة والتنمية إلى سدة الحكم في حدود المؤشرات السياسية والأمنية والاقتصادية ببن البلدين، حيث تم استعراض مجمل الاتفاقيات والنشاطات الاقتصادية والقضايا السياسية والأمنية المشتركة التي تدفع بالطرفين نحو إقامة علاقات دولية مستدامة لتحقيق المصالح المشتركة على كل من المستويات المحلية والإقليمية والعالمية. وقد كان من أهم نتائج الدراسة:
تمثل الأردن وتركيا حليفين هامين منذ اندلاع سياسة الحرب الباردة وان الاستقرار في الشرق الأوسط محوري ويعتمد على طبيعة العلاقة بينهما لإنهاء الأزمات التي تواجههما بشكل خاص والتي تواجه المنطقة بشكل عام كما بينت الدراسة أنه كان تأرجح في العلاقات بين البلدين و إضافة إلى كونها تؤسس لمشاريع مشتركة إقليمية قد تشمل الانفتاح على تركيا، فأنها تسهم غالبا في زيادة احتمالات بناء جسور ثقة خصوصًا في المجالين الأمني والسياسي. كما أن العلاقات الأردنية التركية تؤكد على العودة إلى الجغرافيا بدلا من التاريخ. وأن العلاقات الاقتصادية تبين حرص تركيا على استمرار العلاقات مع الأردن. ومن التوصيات: ضرورة التنسيق بين الأردن وتركيا لتحقيق المصالح المشتركة، والبحث عن أفضل مجالات التعاون في المشاريع التنموية وأخذ الحيطة من المخاوف التي تواجه البلدين، والاستفادة من التجربة التركية بتطبيق النموذج الاقتصادي التركي في البيئة الأردنية في العلاقات الدولية والتوسعة الاقتصادية .

The study aimed at uncovering the impact of the economic factor on Turkish-Jordanian relations, especially after the emergence of the Development and Justice Party (2002- 2016). To achieve the objectives of the study, the study has reviewed: first , all concepts and ways of thinking at which the international relations between Jordan and Turkey were built, especially those related to the historical and cultural dimensions, and secondly, the found has reviewed the nature of the Jordanian-Turkish relations and their development before and after the Development and Justice Party came to power, where economic and political issues that push the parties towards establishing sustainable international relations to achieve common interests at the local, the regional and international levels. The study found that Turkey and Jordan have been important allies in the Middle East since the outbreak of the Cold War, and stability in the Middle East is central to the nature of their international relations to end the crises they face in particular and the region in general. The study also showed that there is a fluctuation in the nature of the relations between the two countries and that economic relations, in addition to its feature in establishing joint regional projects that may facilitate openness to Turkey, often contribute to increasing the possibility of building bridges of confidence, especially in the security and political fields. Furthermore, the study found that Jordanian-Turkish relations also emphasize the return to geography rather than history. More importantly, the study showed Turkey's keenness to maintain economic relations with Jordan. Among the recommendations are the need to coordinate between Jordan and Turkey to achieve common interests, to seek the best areas of cooperation in development projects and to take care of the concerns and fears facing the two countries and to benefit from the Turkish experience by applying the Turkish economic model in the Jordanian environment in international relations and economic expansion |
