هدفت الدّراسة إلى بيان مفهوم المشاركة السياسية بين الإسلام والديموقراطية حيث قامت على فرضية مفادها: "أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين الإسلام كدين والديموقراطية كتوجه سياسي فيما يخص مفاهيم المشاركة السياسية، وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال المحوري التالي: ما مدى التباين والتشابه في ماهية المشاركة السياسية في الإسلام كدين والديموقراطية كتوجه سياسي، هذا وللتحقق من صحة الفرضية والإجابة على سؤالها المحوري فقد استخدمنا منهج تحليل المضمون، والمنهج المقارن والمنهج الوصفي.
لقد جاءت الدراسة مؤكدة لصحة الفرضية وأوصلتنا إلى عدة استنتاجات أهمها: أن المشاركة السياسية رافقت نشأة الدولة ذات الأركان والعناصر المعروفة في تكوين الدولة والاعتراف بها. أن أهمية المشاركة السياسية تتأتى من زوال سلطة الفرد لصالح سلطة الجماعة، إن المشاركة السياسية هي انجع واكثر قبولاً لدى الشعوب، وان المشاركين في المشاركة السياسية يعتبرون انفسهم من نخبة اتخاذ القرار في نظام الحكم. كما أن المشاركة السياسية تعتبر علامة نضج للوعي السياسي في الدولة، وما سبق من استنتاجات استوجبت عدة توصيات أهمها: ضرورة فتح مجال المشاركة السياسية لجميع فئات المجتمع، عدم أغفال أية أثنية وإبعادها عن المشاركة السياسية ،لأن ذلك أغفال حق من حقوقها.

The study aimed to demonstrate the concept of political participation between Islam and Where it was based on the premise that:
"There is a correlation between Islam as a religion and democracy as a political orientation in terms of the concepts of political participation
The problem of the study consisted in the following key question:
How much is the difference and similarity in the political participation of Islam as a religion and democracy as a political orientation, and to verify the validity of the hypothesis and answer its central question, we used the "case study" approach.
The study confirmed the validity of the hypothesis and led us to several conclusions, including:
The political participation was accompanied the establishment of the state with the known rules and elements in the formation and recognition of the state. The importance of political participation comes from the demise of the power of the individual in favor of the authority of the group.
Political participation is more effective and acceptable to the people, the participants in the political participation consider themselves elite decision-making in the system of government, Political participation is also a sign of maturity for political awareness in the country, the above findings necessitated several recommendations including:
The need to open the political participation of all groups of society, not to lose sight of any ethnic dimensions of political participation, because that is the omission of a right
