هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى درجة ممارسة الإدارة بالأهداف لدى مديري مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء بني كنانة وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز لمعلميهم، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (550) معلماً ومعلمةً تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وقد استخدمت أداتان: الأولى لقياس درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء بني كنانة للإدارة بالأهداف من وجهة نظر معلميها، والثانية لقياس دافعية الانجاز للمعلمين، وتم التأكد من صدق الأداتين وثباتهما، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن ممارسة مديري مدارس مديريات التربية والتعليم في لواء بني كنانة للإدارة بالأهداف جاءت مرتفعة على جميع المجالات وعلى المقياس ككل. وأن درجة دافعية الإنجاز جاء بدرجة مرتفعة على جميع المجالات.
وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس في مجالي (تحديد الأهداف وتقويم الانجاز السنوي)، بينما يوجد فروق تعزى للجنس على مجالي (وضع خطة عملية والمراجعة الدورية)، لصالح الذكور، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس على جميع مجالات دافعية الانجاز. باستثناء مجال (تحمل المسؤولية)، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات، كما دلت النتائج الى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة على جميع المجالات.
كما بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين درجة ممارسة الإدارة بالأهداف في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء بني كنانة ودافعية إنجاز المعلمين.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها توصي الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها إشراك المعلمين في كافة الجهود والعمليات الإدارية لتحديد الأهداف الخاصة بالمدرسة.

The study aimed at recognizing the degree of practicing management by objectives by school principals at Bani Kanana directorate of education and its relationship with achievement motivation to of their teachers. The study sample was consisted of (550) male and female teachers, they were selected randomly, two instruments were used: the first to measure the degree of practicing management by objectives by school principals at Bani Kanana directorate of education from the perspective of teachers, and the second to measure teachers achievement motivation, validity and reliability have been confirmed. The results of the study showed that principals practicing of management by objectives at Bani Kanana directorate of education was high in all aspects, and on the scale as a whole, and the level of achievement motivation was high on all aspects.
The results also showed that there were not statistically significant differences due to the impact of gender in two aspects ( setting objectives, evaluate the annual achievement), while there were differences due to gender on two aspects (setting the practical plan, periodic review), in favor of males. Results also showed there were not statistically significant differences according the impact of experience years in all aspects, and there were not statistically significant differences due to the impact of the Scientific qualification in all aspects, and the results showed there were not statistically significant differences due to the impact of gender on all aspects of achievement motivation, except the aspect ( responsibility ) , and the differences came in favor of females, as the results showed there are not statistically significant differences due to the impact of the Scientific qualification in all aspects, and there were statistically significant differences due to the impact of experience years on all aspects.
The study results showed statistically significant positive relationship between the degree of practicing management by objectives by school principals at Bani Kanana Directorate of education and achievement motivation of teachers.
According to the findings of the study, the researcher recommends a group of recommendations the most important is to involve teachers in all efforts and administrative processes to determine the school's objectives.
