الملخص بالعربية |
هدفت الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على طبيعة العلاقات السياسية والاقتصادية الصينية - العربية بشكل عام ، ومع الأردن موضوع الدراسة - بشكل خاص. وانطلقت الدراسة من الفرضية الرئيسية وهي انه هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين تنمية مجالات التعاون السياسي والاقتصادي في العلاقات الصينية والعربية المتبادلة من جانب ، وبن قدرة توظيف ذلك على الساحة الدولية بما يخدم اطراف التعاون من جانب ، واستخدام منهجي "نظرية الدور في إطار العلاقات الدولية" والمنهج الوظيفي للاجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة .
كما توصلت الدراسة الى أنه يوجد تأثير للابعاد السياسية على العلاقات العربية الصينية، وقد برز ذلك من خلال المواقف الصينية من القضايا العربية، وأدراك الدول العربية والصين لأهمية تدعيم العلاقات بين الجانيبن، لوجود مصالح مشتركة بينهما ، والى وجود تأثير للابعاد الاقتصادية على العلاقات العربية الصينية ويتضح ذلك من خلال حجم الصادرات والواردات بين الجانبين. فالصين تحتاج الى الموارد النفطية القادمة من المنطقة، وكذلك الاسواق العربية لتسويق منتجاتها. وكذلك يحتاج العرب الى الصين في الحصول على التكنولوجيا الحديثة .
وعلى ضوء تلك النتائج أوصت الدراسة بزيادة المعرفة العربية عن الصين، وزيادة الثقة بها من ثمة زيادة الثقة المتبادلة، وإقامة علاقات تعاونية شاملة، ودعم التأييد المتبادل في القضايا العادلة التي تهم الطرفين، ودعم التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري، ودعم دور السفارات العربية وبعثة جامعة الدول العربية لدى الصين.

The study aimed to shed light on the nature of the political and economic relations Chinese - Arab in general, and with Jordan - in particular, and began the study of the major premise is that there is a correlation between the development of the areas of political and economic cooperation in the relations between China and Arab mutual side, Ben's ability hire it on the international scene, including serving on the part of the parties to cooperate, and the use of systematic "role in the framework of the theory of international relations" and function-based approach to answer the questions of the study.
The study found that there is the impact of the political dimensions of the Arab-Chinese relations has emerged through the attitudes of Chinese Arab issues and the realization of Arab States and China of the importance of strengthening relations between Ganeben for the existence of common interests between the two sides, and to the existence of the effect of the economic dimensions to the Arab-Chinese relations is evident from the through the volume of exports and imports between the two sides need China to oil resources in the region, as well as Arab markets in the marketing of their products as well as the Arabs need to China in access to modern technology.
In light of these findings the study recommended an increase of knowledge about China, and increased confidence in China than there is an increase mutual trust, and establish cooperative relationships comprehensive, and support mutual support in issues of fair mutual interest, and support for economic and trade cooperation, and support the role of Arab embassies and the Arab League Mission to China
