هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر تطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المشروع (ERP) بأبعاده الخمسة الرئيسية وهي (أنظمة المحاسبة والتمويل ، التصنيع والانتاج ، ادارة الموارد البشرية ، ادارة المخزون والمستودعات ، التسويق والمبيعات) على تخفيض التكاليف في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية ، وتم تصميم استبانة مكونة من (41) فقرة لجمع البيانات الاولية من عينة الدراسة المكونة من المحاسبين ورؤساء اقسام المحاسبة والمديرين الماليين في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية المدرجة في بورصة عمان والمطبقة لهذا النظام، وتم توزيع (70) استبانة تم استرداد (62) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي . وقام الباحث بوضع فرضية رئيسية واحدة ، وخمس فرضيات فرعية ، وتم استخدام حزمة SPSS للتحليل الاحصائي ، واعتمد الباحث على التحليل الوصفي لوصف خصائص عينة الدراسة ، وتحليل اختبارT للعينة الواحدة لاختبار رأي العينة حول موضوع الدراسة ومعامل كرونباخ الفا لاختبار ثبات اداة الدراسة. وبعد تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات تبين أنه يوجد أثر لتطبيق نظام ERP على تخفيض التكاليف في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية ، حيث كان لأنظمة المحاسبة والتمويل تأثير مرتفع على تخفيض التكاليف وكان ترتيبه الأول بين المتغيرات المستقلة وكان لأنظمة التصنيع والانتاج تأثير مرتفع ايضا على تخفيض التكاليف وكان ترتيبه الثاني يليه أنظمة التسويق والمبيعات ، وقد اوصى الباحث بالعمل بتطبيق نظام تخطيط موارد المشروع في الشركات والمؤسسات غير المطبقة للنظام ، وأوصى الباحث أيضا بعمل دراسات أخرى في نظام ERP على عينات مختلفة. |

This study aimed to identify the impact of ERP system implementation of the five main dimensions (Finance & Accounting systems, Manufacturing & Production, Human Resources management, Inventory & Warehousing management, Sales & Marketing) on costs reduction in the Jordanian Industrial Companies, The researcher designed questionnaire consisting of (41) paragraph to collect preliminary data from the study sample which consisted of accountants and heads of departments of accounting and the financial managers in the Jordanian industrial companies listed in the Amman Stock Exchange and whose implementing this system , Were distributed (70) questionnaire , recovered (62) of them validity for statistical analysis . The researcher developed one main hypothesis , and five sub-hypotheses , and it used SPSS package for statistical analysis , The researcher adopted a descriptive analysis to describe the characteristics of the study sample, and one Sample T test to test opinion of the sample on the subject of study , and Cronbach's alpha coefficient to test the reliability of study tool . After analyzing the data and test hypotheses , Results report There is impact of the Implementation of ERP system on cost reduction in the Jordanian Industrial Companies , Where there was an accounting and finance systems high impact on cost reduction and ranked first among the independent variables , and the manufacturing and production systems is also high impact on cost reduction and ranked second. The researcher recommended ERP Implementation of in companies and institutions that have not implemented the ERP system , and the researcher also recommended to work on other studies for ERP systems on different samples |
