هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر أنماط القيادة في أداء مدققي ديوان المحاسبة الأردني ضمن مجالات القيادة الاوتوقراطية، والقيادة الديموقراطية، والقيادة البيروقراطية، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مدققي ديوان المحاسبة الأردني في محافظة العاصمة عمان، والبالغ عددهم (173( وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (118) مدققاً.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها تم استخدام استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات. وتم حساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وحساب معاملات الانحدار في عملية تحليل البيانات.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى القيادة الأوتوقراطية كان منخفضاً، ومستوى القيادة البيروقراطية، ومستوى القيادة الديمقراطية كانا مرتفعين. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أيضاً أن مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى المدققين تراوح بين المتوسط و المرتفع.

This study aims to find out the impact of the leadership's patterns on the performance of auditors in the Jordanian audit bureau within the autocratic, democratic and bureaucratic leadership's areas. The population of this study is represented by the auditors of the Jordanian audit bureau in the Jordanian capital 'Amman', which numbered173. Accordingly, a random sample has been selected to minimize the population to 118 auditors.
In order to achieve the objectives of this study and testing its hypotheses, a questionnaire survey has been used for the purpose of collecting the data. In addition, the means, standards deviations an correlations have been calculated for the data analysis.
The main results of this study show that the level of autocratic leadership was low, whereas the level of bureaucratic and democratic leadership were high. Further, this study indicated that the level of auditors' job performance ranged between moderate and high levels
