This study aims to find out the impact of the leadership's patterns on the performance of auditors in the Jordanian audit bureau within the autocratic, democratic and bureaucratic leadership's areas. The population of this study is represented by the auditors of the Jordanian audit bureau in the Jordanian capital 'Amman', which numbered173. Accordingly, a random sample has been selected to minimize the population to 118 auditors. In order to achieve the objectives of this study and testing its hypotheses, a questionnaire survey has been used for the purpose of collecting the data. In addition, the means, standards deviations an correlations have been calculated for the data analysis. The main results of this study show that the level of autocratic leadership was low, whereas the level of bureaucratic and democratic leadership were high.
