هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر المرونة التشغيلية في الأداء التشغيلي للشركات الصناعية وذلك من خلال التركيز على المرونة التشغيلية بأبعادها (مرونة الآلات, والحجم الإنتاجي, ومرونة مناولة المواد, والمزيج الإنتاجي, ومرونة مسارات الإنتاج) والتعرف على مستوى تطبيقها وأثرها في الأداء التشغيلي وأبعاده (الجودة , والتكلفة, والسرعة في التسليم).
اعتمدت الباحثة على مصادر أولية وثانوية لجمع البيانات واستخدمت أسلوب التحليل الوصفي الإحصائي لهذه الدراسة, حيث كان مجتمع الدراسة مكون من ثمان شركات صناعية أردنية, أما عينة الدراسة فكانت من العاملين في قسم الإنتاج والعمليات شاغلي المواقع الوظيفية (رئيس قسم, نائب رئيس قسم, مشرف, فني) في تلك الشركات.
توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة نتائج أهمها ان هناك أثر إيجابي للمرونة التشغيلية على الأداء التشغيلي للشركات الصناعية الأردنية, وإن هناك أثر إيجابي للمرونة التشغيلية في الجودة والتكلفة والسرعة في التسليم في تلك الشركات, وكان من أهم التوصيات التي وصلت إليها الدراسة (إن لتحقيق المرونة التشغيلية على الشركات الصناعية الإهتمام بـ (مرونة الآلات, ومرونة الحجم الإنتاجي, ومرونة مسارات الإنتاج) لما لها أثر إيجابي في الأداء التشغيلي للشركات الصناعية الأردنية).

This study aimed to identify the Impact of Operational Flexibility on The Operational Performance of Jordanian Industrial Companies
Through a focus on the dimensions of operational flexibility and its dimensions (Machine flexibility, Mix flexibility, Volume flexibility, Routing flexibility, Handling flexibility) and to identify the level of application and its impact on the operational performance and its dimensions (quality, cost, and speed of delivery).
And adopted a researcher on primary sources and secondary data collection and used the descriptive statistical analysis of this study, where the study population consists of eight industrial companies either study sample was from employee in the production department and processes occupants functional sites (Head of Department, Deputy Head of the Department, Supervisor, Technician) in those companies.
The study group results of the most important that there is a positive effect of the dimensions of operational flexibility at the operational performance of companies that were awarded the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence, that there is a positive effect of the dimensions of operational flexibility on the quality, cost and speed of delivery in these companies, and it was the most important recommendations reached by the study "The operational flexibility to achieve the industrial companies must pay attention to (Machine flexibility , Mix flexibility, volume flexibility, routing flexibility ,handling flexibility) because of its positive impact on the paths operating performance in companies that were awarded the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence industrial companies
