يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أعمال القاص الأردني أحمد محمد الزعبي في فن القصّة القصيرة من الوجهتين الموضوعية والفنية.
وقد أشارت الباحثة أنها لم تجد أي مُؤلَف مستقل درس أعمال القاص بشكل متكامل بالعنوان والإطار الموضوعي والفني ذاته ؛ إلا ما كان متناثراً في كتب بعض النقاد والدارسين والصحف المحلية ، ولا يشكل محوراً متكاملاً لقراءة أعمال القاص.
ويُعد أحمد محمد الزعبي من القاصين الروّاد في القصّة القصيرة في الأردن،ومن الذين بذلوا أقصى المحاولات في التجديد والتجريب، فجاءت قصصه تجريبيّة حداثيّة تجسد أفكاره ، ورؤاه، وتقنياته.
وقد طرح البحث أسئلة عدة حول قصص أحمد الزعبي، تتمحور في أطر متنوعة مثل: المضامين في النصوص، وموضوعاتها ، وهناك أسئلة حول الفنيات والتقنيات، والبنى السرديّة، والدلالات، وغيرها...
وقد جاءت الظاهرة المدروسة في الرسالة ، إلى فرض تقسيم خاص بها، وهو مقدمة ، وثلاثة فصول، وخاتمة.
وقد احتوت الخاتمة على أبرز النتائج والتي كان أهمها:
يعد الزعبي من رواد التجريب في القصة الأردنية القصيرة، حطم السياق الزمني التقليدي، وغيّر صورة المكان المتعين بحدود واضحة، غاص في الداخل المضطرب الجياش، وفتح مغاور ما تحت الوعي، وكسر الترتيب السردي، واختفى الحدث بالمفهوم التقليدي من قصصه واستخدم المفارقة اساسا لكتابته القصصية وانمازت لغة السرد عنده بكثافة وترميز ولغة ايحائية معبرة بعيداً عن اللغة الشعرية.

This research aims to study the works of Jordanian storyteller Ahmed Mohammed Al Zoubi in the art of the short story of thematic and artistic destinations.
Research has pointed out that the researcher did not find any independent author studied the works of the narrator in an integrated title substantive and technical framework itself، but what was scattered in the books of some critics، scholars and local newspapers، and does not constitute an integrated hub for reading the works of the storyteller.
