الملخص بالعربية |
تسعى هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر المتغيرات الداخلية والخارجية على مصادر الأمن القومي العربي: (2001-2013) , حيث تناولت الدراسة الاشارة الى المتغيرات الداخلية والخارجية ذات العلاقة بالامن القومي العربي واهمها المتغيرات السياسية والامنية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية ذات العلاقة بالامن القومي العربي وتوضيحها وما لها من اثر في تهديد الامن القومي العربي .
بيد ان الامن القومي العربي تعرض ويتعرض الى مصادر تهدد استقراره وامنه فهناك مصادر تهديد نابعة من البيئة الداخلية حيث يعاني الامن القومي العربي من اختلال بين وحدات النظام , وغياب للمعنى الحقيقي للديمقراطية فيه ,لاسيما ان هناك ازدواجيه ما بين القطري والقومي .
ان مصادر تهديد الامن القومي العربي لا تقتصر فقط على مصادر داخلية بل ان هناك نظام عالمي دولي يسيطر ويهيمن ويهدد مصادر الامن القومي العربي ومنها القيود الامنية والاقتصادية التي فرضتها الولايات المتحدة الامريكية واسرائيل على بعض الدول العربية ولا سيما في استمرار وتوسع الصراع العربي _ الاسرائيلي وهذا ما تم تناوله في هذه الدراسة .
وتطرقت هذه الدراسة الى تصاعد دور دول الجوار في تهديد الامن القومي العربي وفقاً للترتيبات الاقليمية عبر عمليات التفكك وعادة التركيب للدول العربية بما يتوافق مع النظام الشرق اوسطي الجديد , وترتيبات امنية جديدة ومشروعات اقليمية ساهمت في تهديد الامن القومي العربي .

This study aims to identify the effect of the internal and external variables on the threatening sources of the Arab National Security (2001-2013). It outlined the internal and external variables related to the Arab national security issues. Most importantly, the political, security, economical and social variables pertinent to the Arab national security; explaining them and their impacts in threatening the Arab national security.
Nonetheless, the Arab national security had been and is still subjected to sources threatening its stability and security. There are threatening sources arising from its internal environment. In this concern, the Arab national security is suffering from imbalances between the system's units, and absence of actual democracy of the system, particularly there is duality between the country and the national security.
Sources threatening the Arab national security are not limited to the internal sources. Rather, there is the world order which controls, dominates and threatens the Arab national security, such as the security and economical constraints imposed by the United States of America and Israel upon certain Arab countries. This is quite vivid in the continuity and expansion of the Arab-Israeli struggle, which was explored in this study.
The study further tackled the increasing roles of the neighboring countries that threaten the Arab national security according to the regional arrangements, through dissociation and recombination of the Arab countries, in a manner that complies with the new Mediterranean order, new security arrangements, and regional enterprises that contributed to the threats of the Arab national security
