هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح اثر الاحتجاجات الشعبية في التنمية السياسية في الأردن في الفترة الواقعة ما بين عامي 2011 و 2013, وقد قامت الدراسة على فرضية رئيسة مفادها: أن هناك علاقة بين الحركات الاحتجاجية والتنمية السياسية, وان العلاقة بينهما ارتباطية فكلما زادت وتيرة الاحتجاجات الشعبية زاد الاهتمام بالتنمية السياسية في الدولة, كما أن مشكلة الدراسة تكمن في التعرف على اثر الاحتجاجات الشعبية في التنمية السياسية في الأردن في الفترة ما بين عامي 2011 و2013, والتعرف على أبعادها وأسبابها, والتنمية السياسية من حيث الأبعاد وتأثرها في الاحتجاجات الشعبية, وتدور حول سؤال محوري مفاده: ما مدى تأثير الاحتجاجات الشعبية على التنمية السياسية في الأردن (2011-2013, وللتحقق من صحة الفرضية والإجابة على سؤالها المحوري فقد تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي بالإضافة إلى منهج صنع القرار, هذا وقد أفضت الدراسة إلى صحة الفرضية والإجابة على سؤالها المحوري.
لقد أوصلتنا الدراسة إلى عدة استنتاجات استوجبت هي الأخرى عدة توصيات, واهم الاستنتاجات هي: أن الحركات الاحتجاجية في الأردن كانت اخف وتيرة من غيرها في البلدان العربية على الرغم من تأثرها فيها, وان هناك أسباب وعوامل اقتصادية وسياسية واجتماعية أثّرت على نمط هذه الاحتجاجات وشعاراتها, كما أن الحكومة تعاملت مع الاحتجاجات من خلال استيعابها وعدم قمعها, والسير في طريق الإصلاح السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي, وأما التوصيات فأهمها: وضع التشريعات اللازمة لتسريع عملية الإصلاح السياسي والاقتصادي, والوصول إلى الحكومة البرلمانية, وزيادة فاعلية الأحزاب والجمعيات والمؤسسات التنموية الأردنية.

This study aimed to identify the impact of protest movements on the political development in jordan , in the period from 2011 to 2013, the main hypothesis of study was : there is a relevant relationship between protest movements and the political development ; whenever protest movement raised their tone , the state incresed its concern about political development . the problem of the study represented in identifying the impact of the protest movements on the political development in jordan , in the period from 2011 to 2013 , identifying its dimensions and cause , it emphasized on the question : what is the level of impact for the protest movements on the political development in jordan (2011-2013) ? in order to verify the reliability of the hypothesis and to answer the main questions, the researcher used the descriptive analysis method in addition to decision ?making method , the study conclouded to the reliablity of the hypothesis and answered the main question .
Also , the study concluded to many finding and recommendation , the most important findings were : the protest movement in Jordan , although it was affected by other movement in arab countries , were of lower tone , economical , political , and social factors contributed the pattern of these protests and its signs , the government apprehended the protests movements, deal with it witout suppression, and proceeded on political, economical, and social reform, most important recommendations were making the required legislations to accelerate the process of economical and political reform, achieving the parliament government , increasing the efficiency of political parties, socoeties, and jordanian development facilitates
