هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى تطبيق الحكومة الإلكترونية في دائرة ترخيص السواقين والمركبات إقليم الوسط في الأردن وأثرها على جودة المعلومات في دائرة ترخيص السواقين والمركبات، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع لعاملين في تلك الدائرة في إقليم الوسط واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لتحليل متغيرات الدراسة واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وتم توزيعها على مجتمع الدراسة المكون من (207) عامل .
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها: - وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق الحكومة الإلكترونية وجودة المعلومات لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة. - وجود أثر ذو دلالة أحصائية بين تطبيق الحكومة الإلكترونية وصحة ودقة المعلومات لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة - وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق الحكومة الإلكترونية وأمن المعلومات لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة- وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق الحكومة الإلكترونية والوصول ووقت المعلومات لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة - مستوى تطبيق الحكومة الإلكترونية في دائرة ترخيص السواقين والمركبات جاء بدرجة عالية وكانت مستويات فقرات المجال عالية. - مستوى جودة المعلومات في دائرة ترخيص السواقين والمركبات جاءت بدرجة عالية أيضاً كانت مستويات فقرات المجال عالية.
ومن أهم ما أوصت به الدراسة إشراك العاملين في ندوات ودورات تدريبية وتثقيفية تمكنهم من مواكبة تطورات وتحديثات الحكومة الإلكترونية والمحافظة على استمرار تطوير برنامج الحكومة الإلكترونية ودعمه، والاعتناء بشكل أكبر بالموقع الإلكتروني. والتوسع والتنوع بتطبيق خدمات الحكومة الإلكترونية. تشجيع الموظفين على التقدم للإدارة بمقترحات لتطوير برنامج الحكومة الإلكترونية وطرح أفكار عمل جديدة ومنح مكافآت للمشاركين في تنفيذها بغض النظر عما إذا كانوا أصحابها أم لا. وذلك لتتمكن الأفكار من اجتذاب من ينفذها أيمانا منهم بفاعلية ونجاحها زيادة اهتمام الإدارة العليا بالعمل على تحقيق جودة المعلومات. ضرورة تعزيز البيئة التشريعية والقانونية المتعلقة بالحكومة الإلكترونية وجودة المعلومات.

This study aimed to identify the level of application of e-government in the Department of Licensing Drivers and vehicles central region in Jordan and its impact on the quality of information in the Department of Licensing Drivers and vehicles, and the study population consisted of all the workers in that district in the Central Region l , the study adopted a descriptive approach to analyze the variables of the study were used questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and distributed to the study s consisting of (207)
