The present study highlighted the concept of the integration of Islamic endowments (Waqfs), and some characteristics of the Islamic endowment, and then it turned to discuss the legality of Islamic endowments integration and showed the relevant scholars' sayings and evidences, in addition to the discussion of this evidences. The researcher chose / preferred the view allowing the integration of Islamic endowments, and he also showed the legal and economic justifications of Islamic endowments integration, then he mentioned the legitimate rules which should be considered in the process of Islamic endowments integration, he moved after that to discuss the various themes of Islamic endowments (Waqfs) integration (e.g. replacement, consolidation, reconstruction using another endowments' yield, borrowing, and endowment (Waqf) share. Then the study was conclude by a review of some modern practices of Islamic endowments (Waqfs) integration and showing its impact in the development of endowment (Waqf)
