الملخص بالعربية |
تناول هذا البحث مجموعة من الأحكام المتعلقة ببشرة الإنسان وفق المستجدات ، والنوازل المعاصرة ، ولا يخفى على أحد ما للبشرة من أهمية في حياة الإنسان ، فهي الجزء الظاهر منه ، كالجلد ، والشعر .
ويهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أحكامها في بعض المسائل التي طرقها الفقهاء قديما ، والمستجدة منها ، التي تحتاج من الباحثين مواصلة الجهود في بيان النوازل .
وقد اشتمل هذا البحث على مقدمة ، وتمهيد ، وأربعة فصول ، وخاتمة ، وأشرت فيه إلى أهمية دراسة دور البشرة في باب الجمال ، والسلامة من العيوب ، وما علاقتها بمسائل القصاص والجروح التي أشار إليها الفقهاء ، وما استحدث من أحكامها في المسائل الطبية ، والزينة والتجميل .
أما الخاتمة ، فقد جاءت متضمنة أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصل إليها الباحث .

This research examines a set of provisions that relate to human skin, The old ones, and emerging , and named it: "The provisions of skin in Islam", It is no secret to someone for the skin of the importance of human life, They are apparent part of it, such as skin, and hair.
This research aims to the statement of its provisions in some of the issues that tread scholars in the past, and emerging ones, which need researchers to continue efforts in statement its provisions.
This research included the introduction and preface and four chapters and a conclusion, And dealt with in the boot, definition, skin care in Islam, In the first chapter, dealt with the scarfskin provisions relating to personal status (efficiency, alimony, and the Born ,which differs his color with his parents' skin color).The second chapter, which touched on the statement of the provisions of the skin in some issues of retribution, Blood Money, and the border, burning skin infringement, or the wound. and In the third chapter, mentioned its provisions in a statement some of the issues emerging medical, things such as skin agriculture, and donate the skin, skin Ironing with modern methods, (electrical Ironing, and Ironing Cryosaunas), The fourth chapter, which touched to clarify some of the issues of adornment, and beautification, which is characteristic of this era, such as the use of spray whitening of the skin color, and the statement of the rule of engraving Tattoo (tattoo) on the skin, and rule of whitening sensitive areas in a woman's body.
Conclusion came, including the most important findings and recommendations
