هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة توافر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء قصبة المفرق وعلاقتها بالأداء المتميز للمعلمين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة عشوائية طبقية تكونت من (518) معلماً ومعلمةً و(50) مديراً ومديرةَ، وزعت عليهم استبانتان الأولى لقياس درجة توافر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية والثانية لقياس مجالات الأداء المتميز وبلغت فقرات الاستبانة الأولى (39) فقرة، والاستبانة الثانية (32) فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات أداتي الدراسة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: جاءت الصحة التنظيمية في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء قصبة المفرق بمستوى متوسط، وجاء الأداء المتميز في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء قصبة المفرق بمستوى متوسط، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ايجابية (طردية) بين درجة توافر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية والأداء المتميز، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير الجنس على بعدي التكامل المؤسسي والتأكيد على العملية التعليمية التعليمة لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير الجنس على أداتي الدراسة ككل، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية على بعدي التكامل المؤسسي والبعد الإداري لصالح المرحلة الأساسية، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية على مجالات الأداء المتميز، أثر المعلم على الطالب، علاقة المعلم بالمجتمع المحلي والمعلم والمدرسة لصالح المرحلة الأساسية، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية على أداتي الدراسة لصالح المرحلة الأساسية، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغيرات سنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي على جميع أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية ومجالات الأداء المتميز على أداتي الدراسة ككل.
وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة توصي الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها توفير الإمكانات والتسهيلات التي تساعد على رفع درجة توافر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية، والاهتمام بتدريب وتأهيل المعلمين مهارياً واجتماعياً من أجل رفع مستويات الأداء لديهم

The purpose of this study is to investigate the degree of availability of organizational health dimensions in the schools of Mafraq education directorate and Its Relation with teachers? distinguished Performance. To achieve the aim of this study a stratified random sample was selected consisted of (518) teachers and (50) principals, and distributed them two questionnaires, the first is to measure the degree of availability of organizational health dimensions which consist of (39) items, and the second questionnaire is to measure fields of distinguished performance which consist of (32) items, the validity and reliability of two questionnaires were verified. The study found out a number of important results: That organizational health in the schools of Mafraq education directorate came with a medium level, and the distinguished performance in schools of Mafraq education directorate came with a medium level too. The results indicated a positive relationship (positive correlation) between degree of availability of the organizational health dimensions and distinguished performance. The study showed that there are statistically significant differences for sex variable on dimensions institutional integration and emphasis on teaching-learning process in favor of females, and there are no statistically significant differences for sex variable on two questionnaires of the study as a whole. There are statistically significant differences for grade variable on dimensions of institutional integration and administrative, in favor of primary stage, and there are statistically significant differences for primary grade on the distinguished performance, on the teacher's impact on the student, teacher's relation with community and teacher's relation with the school for the benefit of primary stage. There are statistically significant differences for primary stage on two questionnaires of the study for primary stage, there are no statistically significant differences for variables years of experience and qualification on all organizational health dimensions and fields of distinguished performance in the two questionnaires of the study as a whole.
In light of the results of this study, the researcher recommends a set of recommendations, the most important provision of the potential and facilities that help to raise the level of the organizational health, and interests to the training and rehabilitation teachers skillfully and socially in order to promote their performance
