هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أثر ادارة المعرفة المتمثلة بـ(تشخيص المعرفة, اكتساب المعرفة, توليد المعرفة, تخزين المعرفة, تطبيق المعرفة ) في القرارات الادارية لدى العاملين في الجامعات الرسمية الأردنية في اقليم الشمال، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (210) عاملاً ادارياً في الجامعات الرسمية الأردنية في اقليم الشمال، ولتحقق أهداف الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها قام الباحث باستخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لإجابات أفراد العينة على أداة الدراسة وتطبيق معادلة الانحدار المتعدد لدراسة أثر المتغير المستقل على المتغير التابع.
وأظهرت النتائج وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لإدارة المعرفة المتمثلة بـ(اكتساب المعرفة, تخزين المعرفة) في القرارات الادارية لدى العاملين في الجامعات الرسمية الاردنية في اقليم الشمال.
وأوصت الدراسة : بمتابعة استخدام التقنيات الحديثة من اجل تحسين مستوى تخزين المعرفة لدى العاملين في الجامعات الرسمية الاردنية في اقليم الشمال, وتعزيز اهمية هذا البعُد في ادارة المعرفة . والاهتمام من قبل ادارة الجامعة على دعم المعرفة وتعميم نشرات عن تشخيص ادارة المعرفة حول مفهومها وماهيتها في ما تحققه من نتائج ايجابية نحو اهداف الجامعة .

The study aimed to identify the impact of the knowledge of management (b diagnosis of knowledge, knowledge acquisition, knowledge generation, knowledge storage, application of knowledge) in administrative decisions among workers in the Jordanian public universities in the North region, the study sample consisted of 210 administrative workers in public universities Jordanian province in the north, and to achieve objectives of the study and testing of hypotheses, the researcher extracted the arithmetic means and standard deviations for the answers respondents to the survey tool and apply multiple regression equation to study the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable.
The results showed a statistically significant effect of knowledge management of (knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage) in administrative decisions among workers in the Jordanian public universities in the North region.
The study recommended: to continue to use modern technologies in order to improve the level of knowledge stored among workers in the Jordanian public universities in the North region, and to promote the importance of this dimension in knowledge management. The interest by the university administration to support the dissemination of knowledge and bulletins for the diagnosis of knowledge management about the concept and what it achieved in the positive results towards the goals of the university
