Abstract
This study discusses the indication at Usooliyeen (fundamentalists) and its feqh applications. It is known that indication has been studied by the people of eloquence, Usooliyeen, and scholars. Therefore this study was based on the following methodology.
Introduction, included the reason of selecting this subject, and what was written in this regard, its dilemma, importance, methodological limits followed, and its structure.
In the First Semester; I talked about the definition of the indication in language and idiomatic, and the relationship between it and relevant expressions, and divided it into two sections: First section, I talked about the definition of the indication in language and idiomatic among people of eloquence, Usooliyeen, and scholars. Second section, I talked about relevant expressions and the difference between them and the indication, namely: metonymy, puns, metaphor, metaphor, and lying.
In the Second Semester, I talked about the legality of indication, types, pillars, conditions, and its importance in Islamic Feqh, and some of the rules of the indication and its applications, and it contains five sections: The first section, talked about the legality of the indication of the Quran and Sunnah and sayings of advances. And the second section, talked about the types of indication (verbal and actual indication), and also talked about the pillars of the indication. The third section, it talked about the conditions of indication. The fourth section, talked about the importance of the indication and the fifth section, I talked about some of the rules of the indication and its applications.
In the Third Semester, I talked about the rule of applicative questions about the indication, and it contains three sections: In the first section, I talked about the rule of the indication in the jurisprudence of Personal Status, which dealt with the rule of the indication engagement and divorce. While in the second section talked about the rule of the indication in the jurisprudence of the sanctions: dealt with the rule of indication defamation, libel, insult and accuse others of blasphemy. But in the third section talked about the rule of the indication in jurisprudence and means of proof: dealt with the rule of the indication was sworn in at the judge, and the rule of indication to the person who admit of a sincere ha'd even due from his admission and witnesses to change their testimony, and the rights that may be the ruler of the indication where and how the indication and conditions.
Eventually, the letter concluded by stating a conclusion of the most important findings in this study
