الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على رسوله الكريم وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين ومن اتبعه بإحسان إلى يوم الدين.
فالأستاذ محمد مكين عالم مترجم مرب مسلم، لم يأل جهدا في سبيل خدمة القرآن الكريم والمسلمين في الصين، فأثمر جهده في مجالات عدة. تهدف هذه الدراسة لتوضيح جهوده التي بذلها في سبيل خدمة القرآن الكريم.
وألقت الدراسة الضوء على نشأة الأستاذ مكين والحالة السياسية والاجتماعية والدينية التي عاشها آنذاك، وعلى حياته العلمية في الصين ورحلته إلى مصر، وشيوخه وتلاميذه، وإنجازاته في خدمة الإسلام والمسلمين في الصين، وتعليم اللغة العربية في الصين، وخدمة الوطن، والتبادل الثقافي العربي الصيني.
كل ذلك يكشف عن شخصية فذة، كان لها أثرها الواضح على المسلمين في الصين. وكشفت الدراسة عن جهود الأستاذ مكين في ترجمة معاني القرآن الكريم إلى اللغة الصينية، من خلال الوقوف على مفهوم الترجمة عند العلماء وأنواعها، وحكم كل نوع منها، وشروطها، وتاريخ ترجمة معاني القرآن الكريم في الصين، وبينت قيمة هذه الترجمة مالها وما عليها.
وبينت الدراسة جهود الأستاذ مكين في تفسير القرآن الكريم باللغة الصينية، من خلال التعريف بتفسيره وإيراد نماذج منه، كما بنيت مدى تأثره بمدرسة المنار من خلال موقفه من بعض المسائل في التفسير.

All the praises for Allah?the lord of the worlds، Bless his noble messenger Mohammed, his families, all of his eminent companions and all the disciples who followed him doing good works.
Professor Mohammed Makeen was a Muslim scholar, translator and educator who continued working on for the rest of his life for the translation of Qur?an and services for the vast Muslims of China. His efforts have achieved fruitful results in the various field. This thesis aims at clarify the contributions which he had made for serving the Qur?an and the outline is as follows:
The first chapter talks about the growth of the professor Mohammed Makeen and the political, social, religious statuses that he experienced. As well as his academic courses, his teachers, students and the achievements of his translation and writing.
The second chapter is on the contributions of professor Mohammed Makeen in the translation of Qur?a. I describe the meaning of the Qur?an translation, the types and its judge methods along with the conditions of the translation. Then I briefly discuss histories of the Chinese Qur?an translation and the synopsis of Mohammed Makeen?s Qur?an translation as well as its characteristics and shortcomings.
The third part relates to the contributions of professor Mohammed Makeen on the Qur?an annotation. I concisely introduce the Mohammed Makeen?s Qur?an annotation and list his views on some issue. Also I present the MAINAR Qur?an annotation school. I talk about its principles and its views on some issues. Finally, I mention the relationship between professor Mohammed Makeen and this annotation school
