This study aims to measure the impact of some of the factors and variables that affect the level of political participation of women in the Sultanate of Oman and determine what more the political, social, cultural and legal impact on women's political participation in Oman, in the period 1995-2010. The importance of the study in trying to analyze trends in Omani women about the reality of their participation in political action, especially in this phase, which increased the rates of political participation of women as a result of increasing levels of education and economic growth witnessed by the Sultanate of Oman has tried to answer the question central: What are the factors affecting the activation of level of political participation of Omani women's point of view of members of the Omani women's associations? It began from the premise there is a correlation between social and political factors, legal and cultural, between the activation rates of political participation of women in Oman. Have been using the approach of the social survey sample in this study was designed questionnaire to achieve the objectives of the study, and contains a series of questions comprehensive covering all aspects of the study was chosen as a simple random, sample consisting of members of women's associations Omani (150) of women leaders in these associations and the number of forms that were collected and analyzed statistically and acceptance (120) form. The study found no relationship between social factors, political, legal, cultural, and between the activation rates of political participation of Omani women, a strong positive relationship, the study recommends the need to rely on the strategy of sustainable and integrated manner, which results in achieving cultural change and social towards the issues of women's empowerment in Oman, and followed also by the impact on the attitudes of society regarding his dealings with women's issues, and work on the study of the factors and variables that affect the activation of the political participation of Omani women to work to find political solutions to them
