الملخص بالعربية |
تناولت هذه الدراسة واحداً من المواضيع المهمة التي تمس عنصراً هاماً من عناصر المجتمع الا وهو الطفل وحقوقه لينشأ تنشئه سليمة يساعد في مجتمع آمن وخالي من الاجرام والتفكك الاسري وذلك من خلال تناول حقوق الطفل في التشريعات العربية والعالمية وتناول الاخطاء التى تقع عليه والمعاقبة عليها وفقا للقوانين .
وبهدف الوصول الى تفصيل وبيان لجميع حقوق الطفل من الرحم الى الرشد, تم التطرق الى حقوق الطفل وتوضيح المقصود بها في التشريعات المختلفة, كما تم التطرق الى الافعال التى تعد اجرام في حق الطفل والطفولة, ويعاقب عليها بنصوص قانونية او اتفاقيات دولية بمعاهدات شارعة.
وخرجت بهذه الدراسة بعدة نتائج منها عدم وجود حماية كافية, تقوم على مراقبة تطبيق التشريعات الخاصة بحماية حقوق الأطفال الأسرية في الواقع الاجتماعي لما يحققه هذا التطبيق من حماية و كفالة و ضمان و رعاية لحقوق الأطفال,وعدة توصيات منها أتمنى من المشرع الأردني التوسع في حماية حق الطفل في إخفاء هوية الطفل و عدم التبليغ عن واقعة ولادته.

This study tackles one of the important topics affecting an important component of the society, namely, the child and his rights, to establish a sound society that helps in a safe and free society from crime and family disintegration by addressing the rights of the child in Arab and international legislations.
In order to arrive at a detailed explanation of all the rights of the child from the womb to adulthood, the rights of the child were discussed and clarified in various legislations, and the acts which constitute criminal offenses against children and children are punishable by legal provisions or international conventions.
This study was carried out by several results, including the lack of adequate protection, which is based on monitoring the implementation of the legislation to protect the rights of family children in the social reality, because of the implementation of this protection, guarantee and care for the rights of children. The child is not limited to the felony of the child's pedigree, but criminalizes any act that affects the child's pedigree, such as denying the child's pedigree, not recognizing him, concealing the child's identity and not reporting his birth.
