الملخص بالعربية |
تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع " قرارات مجلس الأمن الدولي في ظل مبدأ السيادة في القانون الدولي، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن إشكالية الدراسة والتي مؤداها مدى تأثير قرارات مجلس الأمن على السيادة الداخلية للدول وذلك في ظل ممارسة مجلس الأمن اختصاصه في الحفاظ على الأمن والسلم الدوليين، وذلك من خلال طرح التساؤلات التي تم الإجابة عنها من خلال تقسيمات هذه الدراسة .
هدفت هذه الدراسة لإظهار الجوانب الموضوعية والقانونية لمبدأ السيادة الوطنية والدولية ومدى تأثير قرارات مجلس الأمن على هذه السيادة، ومدى أهمية السيادة الدولية من خلال حفظ الأمن والسلم الدوليين وفقاً لقرارات مجلس الأمن .
وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها إن فكرة السيادة أهم الأركان التي تتكون منها الدولية وتتطور مع تطور المجتمع وإن مجلس الأمن هو الذراع التنفيذي لقرارات هيئة الأمم المتحدة , وإن ما يضفي على قرارات مجلس الأمن صفه القوة التنفيذية والإلزامية هو مشروعية هذه القرارات من قبل مجلس الأمن .
وعلى ذلك كان لابد من وضع معيار دولي لمفهوم السيادة الدولية، وإعادة النظر بنصوص الأمم المتحدة وخاصة الصلاحيات الممنوحة لمجلس الأمن في ظل النزاعات الدولية .

This study answers several questions to arrive the extent to which the decisions of the Security Council affect the internal sovereignty of States in light of the Security Council's exercise of its competence to maintain international peace and security by asking the questions that have been answered through this study.
The objective of this study shows the substantive and legal aspects of the principle of international sovereignty , the impact of Security Council resolutions on this sovereignty and the importance of international sovereignty through the maintenance of international peace and security in accordance with Security Council resolutions.

The conclusions of study , The idea of sovereignty is the most important pillars of the international community, It must evolve with the development of society , The Security Council is the executive arm of the resolutions of the United Nations , The Security Council's Executive and Mandatory decisions acquire their power , and from the legitimacy of these resolutions by the Security Council .
Therefore, it is necessary to establish an international standard for the concept of international sovereignty and review the provisions of the United Nations, especially the powers granted to the Security Council to find solutions to resolve international trends
