هدفت هذه الدراسة التعريف بالإمام الصنعاني، وكتابه سبل السلام شرح بلوغ المرام، وبيان آراءه الأصولية، وتطبيقاتها على الفروع الفقهية في كتابه سبل السلام، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي لتتبع الفروع الفقهية الواردة عن الإمام الصنعاني، والمنهج الاستنباطي في استخراج الآراء الأصولية للإمام الصنعاني، وتطبيقاتها من الفروع الفقهية في كتابه سبل السلام شرح بلوغ المرام.
وخلصالباحث إلى عدةنتائجكانأهمها: أن الإمام الصنعاني يقول بالعمل بالقراءات الشاذة، وأنّ السنة مستقلة بالتشريع، وأن الإجماع السكوتي ليس بحجة، وأنّ قول الصحابي ليس بحجة، وهو ما كان مبنيًا على الاجتهاد، وأن الأمر المطلق يقتضي الوجوب، وأنّ النهي أصله التحريم، وأنه يقتضي الفساد، وأن الإمام الصنعاني يقول بمفهوم الموافقة، ومفهوم المخالفة، باستثناء مفهوم اللقب فلا يعده حجة.
وبناءعلى نتائج الدراسة فقدأوصى الباحث بعدة توصيات كان أهمها : دراسة الفوائد الجلية التي ذكرها الإمام الصنعاني في كتابه سبل السلام شرح بلوغ المرام، بعد تحريره لبعض المسائل فيه، وزيادة الاهتمام بكتاب سبل السلام شرح بلوغ المرام دراسة وتدريساً.

The purpose of this study is to introduce Imam al-Sannani, his book Ways of Peace explains the accomplishment of al-Maram, to explain his fundamental views. and apply them on jurisprudence branches in his book Ways of peace
The researcher used the inductive approach to trace the jurisprudence branches of Imam al-San'anii and the deductive approach in extracting the fundamentalist views of Imam al-San'anii and its applications from jurisprudence branches in his book Ways of peace explanation accomplishment of al maram
The researcher concluded several results, the most important of which is that Imam al-San'anii says that he works with anomalous readings, and that the Sunnah is independent by legislation
the silent consensus is not a proof, also the Sahaabi's saying is not a proof too
this was based on diligence , that the absolute matter is required , and that prohibition's orgion is forbidding . and that it requires corruption . Imam al-San'anii speaks by the concept of consent, and the concept of the discontent, except the concept of the title is not a proof.
Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended several recommendations, the most important of which: study the obvious benefits mentioned by Imam al-San'anii in his book Ways of Peace explain the accomplishment of al-Maram, after editing some of the matters in it , and increase interest in the book Ways of Peace explain the accomplishment of Al-Maram studying and teaching
