هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة معلمات رياض الأطفال في دولة الكويت لمهارات الاستعداد اللغوي لدى أطفال الروضة وعلاقتها بدافعيتهم نحو التعلم، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي؛ لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من سبع روضات، اختيرت عشوائياً من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي، وتم بالاختبار العشوائي لسبع معلمات من كل روضة؛ ليتم ملاحظتهن، وبذلك يكون عدد المعلمات (49) معلمة ممن يدرسن المستوى الثاني لرياض الأطفال، وكذلك تم اختيار سبعة أطفال عشوائياً ممن تدرسهم المعلمات عينة الدراسة؛ لتطبيق مقياس الدافعية، وبذلك بلغ مجموع الأطفال عينة الدراسة (343) طفلاً وطفلة من أطفال المستوى الثاني لرياض الأطفال. في منطقة العاصمة التعليمية.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعدت الباحثة أداتين: الأولى بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس ممارسة المعلمات لمهارات الاستعداد اللغوي تكونت من ( 57) فقرة، موزعة على مهارات الاستعداد اللغوي: مهارة الاستعداد للاستماع (13) فقرة، مهارة الاستعداد للتحدث(12) فقرة، مهارة الاستعداد للقراءة
(20) فقرة، مهارة الاستعداد للكتابة(12) فقرة، والثانية مقياس الدافعية تكون من (20) فقرة، وقد تم التأكد من صدق أداتي الدراسة وثباتهما، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها:
إن معلمات رياض الأطفال يمارسن مهارات الاستعداد اللغوي لدى الأطفال بدولة الكويت بدرجة متوسطة وبنسبة مئوية مقدارها (%61.5) ، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة((? ? 0.05 في درجة ممارسة المعلمات لمهارات الاستعداد اللغوي تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، ولصالح من لهن خبرة عملية أكثر من عشر سنوات، أيضا وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين ممارسة المعلمات لمهارات الاستعداد اللغوي ودافعية أطفال الروضة نحو التعلم.
وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات أهمها:
ضرورة تدريب معلمات رياض الأطفال على إعداد أنشطة مناسبة تساهم في تنمية مهارات الاستعداد اللغوي عند الأطفال، وعقد دورات تدريبية تنشيطية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، لإطلاعهن على أبرز المستجدات وأحدث الأساليب التربوية في مجال إعداد طفل الروضة لتعلم مهارات الاستعداد اللغوي.

The study aimed at identifying the degree of practicing kindergarten teachers in the State of Kuwait for the language readiness skills of Kindergarten children and their relation to their motivation towards learning, To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive approach to the nature of the study. The study sample consisted of seven kindergartens, selected randomly from the original study population, Seven teachers from each kindergarten were selected to be observed, so that the number of female teachers (49) who were attending the second level of kindergartens, In addition, seven randomly selected children were selected by the teachers in the study sample to implement the motivation scale. The total number of children reached (343) children and children from the second level of kindergartens. In the educational capital area, To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared two tools: the first note card to measure the exercise of the skills of language readiness teachers made up of (57) paragraph, The ability to prepare for listening (13), the ability to prepare for speaking (12), the ability to prepare for reading (20) paragraph, the skill to prepare for writing (12) paragraph, And the second is a measure of motivation to be (20) paragraph, has been verified the validity and consistency of the study materials, The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are:
? Kindergarten teachers are practicing the language readiness skills of the children of Riyadh in the State of Kuwait with a medium degree and a percentage of (61.5%).
? There are statistically significant differences at the level of (? ? 0.05) in the degree of practicing the skills of language readiness teachers due to the variable years of experience, and for those who have more than ten years of practical experience.
? There is a positive correlation between teachers' exercise of language readiness skills and kindergarten motivation towards learning.
In the light of the previous findings, the study reached several recommendations, the most important of which are:
The need to train kindergarten teachers to prepare appropriate activities that contribute to the development of language readiness skills in children, And the holding of refresher training courses for kindergarten teachers, To inform them of the latest developments and the latest educational methods in the preparation of kindergarten children to learn the skills of language readiness.
