This thesis, entitled "Measuring the opposite of fundamentalists and its jurisprudential applications", sheds light on the measurement of the opposite in which studies are scarce. This study opened with an introduction in which fundamentalist measurement was mentioned in general, then it discusses the measurement of the opposite in detail. As fundamentalists differ widely in measuring the opposite, the researcher has worked hard to extract the essence and potential of this measurement. Then he built everything in this study on it, and found that the opposite measure is based on the opposite and that the opposite is inherent in the absence. Thereafter, the researcher worked hard to find the limit and the truth of its work as well as its argument and its place in the principles of Jurisprudence, then its relationship to the fundamental measurement, as well as its relationship to some fundamentalist studies. Finally the researcher mentioned a conclusion and the most important findings of the study
