This research has addressed the investigation and collection of information relating to the economic factor in the foreign policy in the state of Kuwait, also addressed what is foreign policy, foreign policy concept through identifying the foreign policy, and indicating to the foreign policy directions and centers of its making. The study came to answer the following questions what the effect of the economic factor in guiding Kuwait's foreign policy? And how they dealt with this policy abroad commensurate with the importance of the site and with the possibilities? And what obstacles and challenges facing Kuwait's foreign policy ?, and the future direction of the political decision-maker in directing the Kuwaiti foreign policy within the economic factor policy ?, The study used the resolution, which is one of the best approaches to the study of foreign policy-making approach. The study concluded with conclusion, results and recommendation. The most important results that the study reached were: Kuwait reject in its foreign policy any foreign intervention or presence in the Gulf Region, either this intervention in military or any other type before the Iraqi occupation of the state of Kuwait, from the principle that the region's countries are able to protect themselves, their security and stability. The most important recommendations was the work to develop the institutions and the departments relating to the implementation of the foreign policy, on top of relating to countries in which they are accredited
