هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مدرسي قسم اللغة العربية في جامعة آل البيت لمبادئ التدريس الفعّال من وجهة نظر طلبتهم، وقد أتُبِع المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة، وتكون أفراد الدراسة من طلبة قسم اللغة العربية في جامعة آل البيت للعام الجامعي 2018/2019، والبالغ عددهم (301) طالب وطالبة.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طورت الباحثة استبانه تكونت من (39) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي: مجال التخطيط والتهيئة للدرس، ومهارة إدارة البيئة التعليمية والاتصال، والمحتوى العلمي والأنشطة اللازمة، ومهارة التقويم، وقد جرى التحقق من دلالات الصدق والثبات لها.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ مدرسي قسم اللغة العربية في جامعة آل البيت يمارسون مبادئ التدريس الفعّال بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر طلبتهم، كذلك أظهرت النتائج بأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في درجة ممارسة مدرسي قسم اللغة العربية لمبادئ التدريس الفعال تُعزى لمتغيري الجنس والسنة الدراسية، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على تطوير مهارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بما يتناسب مع متطلبات التدريس الفعال من خلال عقد دورات عن طريق مركز تطوير أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس الموجود في جامعة آل البيت.

This preseut study aimad to ideutify the degree of the practice of Arabic Language teachers at AL- Bayt University For the principles of effective searching From the Point of view of their students, The descriptive approach was applied as it is rekvmt the nature of the study,The population of the study consists of all Arabic language students at Al- al- Bayt University 2018/2019 who are 700 students of which (301) were randomly chosen for this study.
To achieve the objectives of the study , the reasearcher developed a questionnaire included (39) item distributed in four areas as follows: Planning and preparation for the lesson, the skill of managing the educational environment and communication scientific content and activities needed and evaluation, skill' Validity and reliability of the study were conducted.
The results of the study revealed that teachers of Arabic language are practicing the principles of effective teaching in a medium degree from the students' points of views It was also revealed that there were no statistically signifi cant differences of the effective teaching principles due to gender. It was also shown that there were no statistical differences due to the variable of the year's level.
The researcher recommended that it is necessary to develop the teaching staff's skills which go with the requirements of effective teaching via holding courses for developing staff skills performance in the concerned centre's Universities
