هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت في تنمية قيم المواطنة والوسطية لدى الطلبة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (603) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة تم اختيارهم عشوائياً بالطريقة البسيطة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال استبانة تكونت من قسمين القسم الأول لقياس قيم المواطنة وتكون من (29) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات (الديني، الاجتماعي، الوطني)، والقسم الثاني لقياس قيم الوسطية وتكون من (31) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات (الشخصي، وطرائق التدريس والأنشطة، والأكاديمي، والثقافي). وأظهرت النتائج أن دور معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطلبة جاء بدرجة تقدير متوسطة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدِّراسة حول دور معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر المعلمين وفقاً لمتغير الجنس في جميع المجالات ما عدا المجال الوطني وجاءت الفروق لصالح الاناث، وتعزى لمتغير الخبرة، ولصالح ذوي الخبرة الطويلة. كما توصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدِّراسة حول دور معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطلبة وفقاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وبينت النتائج كذلك أن درجة تقدير معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت في تنمية قيم الوسطية لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظرهم جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدور معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت في تنمية قيم الوسطية لدى الطلبة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. وبناءً على النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، فإن الدراسة توصي باهتمام المعلمين في الجانب الشخصي والثقافي لزيادة دورهم في تنمية قيم الوسطية لدى الطلبة، وتحفيز المعلمين على القيام بدورهم في غرس ثقافة الحوار لدى الطلبة، وذلك عن طريق الإنصات لهم واحتوائهم واحترام آرائهم. |

This study aimed to identify the role of Intermediate school teachers in Kuwait in the development of the values of citizenship and Intermediate school students. The study sample consisted of (603) teachers and teachers of the intermediate stage were randomly chosen by simple method. To achieve the objectives of the study it prepared aquestioneer which had two sections, The first section is to measure the values of citizenship and consists of (29) paragraphs divided into three areas (religious, social and national), and the second section to measure the values of moderation and it consists of (31) paragraphs divided into four areas (personal, teaching methods, activities, academic and cultural) . The results showed that the role of Intermediate school teachers in the development of the values of citizenship among the students came to a medium degree. The study found that there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample of the study on the role of Intermediate school teachers in the development of the values of citizenship among students according to the variable Gender in all areas except the national sphere and the differences were in favor of females, and attributed to the variable experience, and for the benefit of long experience.
The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample on the role of teachers in the intermediate stage in the development of the values of citizenship among students according to the variable of the scientific qualification. The results showed that the teachers 'assessment of the role of Intermediate school teachers in the development of intermediate values among students from the point of view of the teachers came to a great. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the role of Intermediate school teachers in the development of students' Scientific and years of experience. Based on the findings of the study, the study recommends the importance of teachers in the personal and cultural aspect to increase their role in developing the values of students' mediocrity
