هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج بريق للتفكير الإيجابي في تعزيز العمل التطوعي لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في دولة الكويت، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي حيث اعتمد على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، ولجمع البيانات، والتي قُسّمت لثلاثة محاور تشمل أهم جوانب العمل التطوعي (الجانب الشخصي، الجانب الثقافي والاجتماعي، والجانب الاقتصادي والإداري)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 71 معلم ومعلمة من جميع المدارس التي طُبّق فيها برنامج بريق للتفكير الإيجابي، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فاعلية عالية لبرنامج بريق في تعزيز العمل التطوعي لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين وقد حصل الجانب الثاني (الثقافي والاجتماعي) على أعلى متوسطات حسابية ثم الجانب الثالث (الاقتصادي والإداري) حل بالمرتبة الثانية ثم الجانب الأول (الجانب الشخصي) حل بالمرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة، كما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لعامل الجنس، وجاءت لصالح الإناث، إضافةً إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لعامل الخبرة، وأوصت الدراسة بتفعيل البرامج الإرشادية والتنموية في المدارس الثانوية لدورها في تعزيز السلوكيات الإيجابية، وبتطبيق برنامج بريق للتفكير الإيجابي في جميع المدارس الثانوية في دولة الكويت. |

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Bareec program for Positive Thinking in Enhancing voluntary work in high school students in the State of Kuwait according to the teachers' point of view. The researcher used the descriptive/survey approach. He utilized a questionnaire as a tool of study and collecting data. The survey was divided into three basic parts that include the most important sides of voluntary work، i.e. the personal side ، the cultural and social background and the economic and administrative conditions.
This survey covered a number of 71 teachers of both genders from different high schools which participated in the Bareec Program for Positive Thinking. This study found that according to the teachers' point of view، there was a great amount of effectiveness for Bareec Program in enforcing voluntary work in high school students. The second side (the cultural and social background) obtained the highest averages. After that comes the third side (the economic and administrative side). Finally، there comes the first side which is the personal side.
The study also found out that there were differences of statistical significance according to the teachers' viewpoint and these differences are attributed to the gender factor. It was found that female students had more readiness to do voluntary work than male students. In addition، it was found that there were no differences attributed to the experience factor. The study recommended that guidance and developmental programs be activated in high schools as a result of their role in enforcing positive behavior. The study also recommended to implement the Bareec Program for Positive Thinking in all high schools in the State of Kuwait
