هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بدولة الكويت وعلاقتها بالتميز المؤسسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين، واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (634) معلماً من المدارس في محافظة الجهراء في دولة الكويت، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى مديري المدارس بدولة الكويت من وجهة المعلمين جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتقديرات عينة الدِّراسة على مجالات درجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى مديري المدارس بدولة الكويت من وجهة المعلمين تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة عند جميع المجالات ما عدا مجال علاقة مدير المدرسة مع المجتمع المحلي وجاءت الفروق لصالح الدراسات العليا، ولمتغير الخبرة لصالح ذوي الخبرة الطويلة، وبينت النتائج أن مستوى التميز المؤسسي للمدارس الثانوية بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة.
وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى التميز المؤسسي لمدارس دولة الكويت تعزى لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وجاءت الفروق لصالح الدراسات العليا، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين مجالات القيادة الريادية والتميز المؤسسي، وأوصت الدراسة بعقد دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس تبين أهمية القيادة الريادية، لزيادة الجهود الرامية لتطبيقها والاهتمام بها، وتخصيص وقت كاف لها، وجعلها ثقافة راسخة في المدارس بدولة الكويت، ومكافأة الجهود المتميزة، ومراعاة العلاقة بين الإدارة المدرسية والطلبة بأن تكون قائمة على التفاهم والمحبة لإيجاد جو من الأُلفة والتعاون فيما بينهم.

The study was designed to identify Entrepreneurial leadership of high school principals in Kuwait and their relation to institutional excellence from the point of view of teachers. The researcher followed the descriptive method of study. The sample consisted of (634) school teachers in Al-Jahraa governorate in Kuwait. The results showed that the level of application of Entrepreneurial leadership among school principals in Kuwait from teachers' point of view was high, and there were no statistically significant differences in the sample of the study sample on the fields of Entrepreneurial leadership level among school principals in Kuwait. The difference between the school principal and the local community was determined by the variables of the academic qualification and the years of experience in all fields, except for the relationship between the school principal and the local community. the results showed that the level of institutional excellence of Kuwait schools from teachers' point of view was high. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the sample members of the study for the level of excellence Schools of the State of Kuwait due to the variables of gender and years of experience, and the presence of a statistically significant sample in the study of the level of institutional excellence of the State of Kuwait schools attributed to the educational qualification variable estimates of individual differences and the differences were in favor of those with qualified scientific graduate. And a positive correlation between Entrepreneurial leadership and institutional excellence. The study recommended conducting training courses for school principals that demonstrate the importance of leadership in order to increase efforts to implement them and devote sufficient time to them, make them a strong culture in schools in Kuwait, reward outstanding efforts and take into account the relationship between school administration and students.
