هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور عمليات إدارة المعرفة في تحسين مستوى جودة الخدمات المقدمة في كليات ومعاهد الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي في دولة الكويت.
إعتمدت الدراسة على الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي من خلال إستبانة محكمة تم تطويرها إعتمادا على الدراسات السابقة والإطار النظري للدراسة، حيث وجهت إلى العاملين في كليات ومعاهد الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي في دولة الكويت، فقد بلغ عدد الاستبانات الموزعة (125) إستبانة، خضع منها للتحليل الإحصائي (100) إستبانة فقط، بنسبة إستجابة بلغت (80%)، وتم تحليل بيانات الإستبانة بإستخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية، كالتحليل الوصفي لوصف متغيرات الدراسة، وتحليل الإنحدار المتعدد لقياس أثر المتغيرات المستقلة على المتغير التابع .
توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج كان أبرزها: وجود تأثير معنوي وذو دلاله إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (??0.05) لعمليات إدارة المعرفة المتمثل ( توليد المعرفة، خزن المعرفة، تطبيق المعرفة، نقل المعرفة) في تحسين مستوى جودة الخدمات المقدمة في كليات ومعاهد الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي في دولة الكويت وبدرجة مرتفعة.
وبناء على نتائج هذه الدراسة تم صياغة العديد من التوصيات يورد الباحث منها: ضرورة قيام إدارة الكلية على اقامة مشاركات معرفية مع المؤسسات المتخصصة لتبادل المعرفة، مع حث إدارة الكلية بمراجعة نظام الأرشفة فيها باستمرار، وأخيرا ضرورة قيام إدارة الكلية في الوفاء بالتزاماتها نحو المجتمع المحلي من خلال تقديم الخدمات الهادفة إلى نشر الوعي والمعرفة.

This study aims to identify the role of knowledge Management Processes in Improving the Quality of the Services Provided in the Colleges and Institutes of the Public Authority for Applied Education in the State of Kuwait.
The study was based on an analytical descriptive method through a questionnaire which was developed based on previous studies and theoretical framework for the study . It has been sent to workers in the Colleges and Institutes of the Public Authority for Applied Education in the State of Kuwait. The number of distributed Questionnaires was (125), but (100 ) questionnaires only were submitted to Statistical analysis , so the percentage of response was (80%)Questionnaire Data was analyzed by using number of statistical methods such as descriptive analysis to describe the variables of study and analysis of multiple regression to measure the effect of independent variables on dependant variable.
The study reached to number of results, the most prominent is : There is meaningful effect with statistical indication on ( 0.05 > ? ) indication level to knowledge Management Processes which is presented by (Generating knowledge, Knowledge storage, Knowledge application, knowledge transfer ) in improving the quality of the services provided in the colleges and institutes of the public authority for applied education in the state of kuwait and with high degree .
Based on the results of this study, a number of recommendations have been formulated. The researcher states that the college administration should establish knowledge partnerships with the specialized institutions to share knowledge, and urge the college administration to review its archiving system continuously, Finally, the administration of the college must fulfill its obligations towards the community by providing services aimed at spreading awareness and knowledge
