هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان مدى إلتزام شركة التأمين الإسلامية الأردنية بالمعيار الشرعي رقم (26)،واستخدمت الدراسة من أجل اختبار فرضيات الدراسة الأسلوب المسحي وتوصلت من خلال مقارنة المتوسطات الحسابية إلى النتائج التالية: أن شركة التأمين الإسلامية الأردنية تلتزم بدرجة متوسطة بمبادئ التأمين الإسلامي وأسسه الشرعية وفق المعيار الشرعي رقم (26) وأن شركة التأمين الإسلامية الأردنية تلتزم بدرجة متوسطة بالعلاقات التعاقدية وفق المعيار الشرعي رقم (26) وأن شركة التأمين الإسلامية الأردنية تلتزم بدرجة متوسطة بالاشتراك في التأمين وفق المعيار الشرعي رقم (26) وأن شركة التأمين الإسلامية الأردنية تلتزم بدرجة متوسطة بالالتزامات الواردة في ثاثق التأمين الإسلامي وفق المعيار الشرعي رقم (26) وأن شركة التأمين الإسلامية الأردنية تلتزم بدرجة متوسطة بشروط وثائق التأمين الإسلامي وفق المعيار الشرعي رقم (26) وأن شركة التأمين الإسلامية الأردنية تلتزم بدرجة متوسطة بتوزيع الفائض التأميني وفق المعيار الشرعي رقم (26) وأن شركة التأمين الإسلامية الأردنية تلتزم بدرجة متوسطة بالتعويض وفق المعيار الشرعي رقم (26) وأوصت الدراسة بالعديد من النتائج أهمها: أن تعمل شركة التأمين الإسلامية الأردنية بصورة مستمرة على تعديل تعليماتها وقوانينها بما ينسجم مع المعيار الشرعي للتأمين رقم (26) لضمان استمراريتها.

This study aimed to demonstrate the extent to which the Jordanian Islamic Insurance Company compiles with the Sharia'a Standard No.(26) The study used the survey method to test the hypotheses of it. It concluded through comparing the arithmetic averages that the Jordanian Islamic Insurance Company adheres in a medium degree to the Islamic Insurance principles and its Sharia'a basics accordance with the Sharia'a Standard No.(26) the Jordanian Islamic Insurance Company adheres in a medium degree to the contractual relations within the Sharia'a Standard No.(26) the Jordanian Islamic Insurance Company adheres to participate in Insurance according to the Sharia'a Standard No.(26) the Jordanian Islamic Insurance Company adheres to a medium degree with obligations in Islamic Insurance documents according to the Sharia'a Standard No.(26) and the Jordanian Islamic Insurance Company adheres in a medium degree to the conditions of the Islamic Insurance documents according to the Sharia'a Standard the Jordanian Islamic Insurance Company adheres in a medium degree to the Insurance surplus distribution according to the Islamic Standard No.(26) The Jordanian Islamic Insurance Company adheres in a medium degree to the compensation according to the Sharia'a Standard No.(26) The study recommended many conclusions and the most important one is that the Jordanian Insurance Company should constantly work to adjust its instructions and rules with the Sharia'a Standard No.(26) to ensure its continuity |
