هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة استخدام مدرسي المرحلة الإعدادية لمهارات الاتصال الفعّال في العراق من وجهة نظرهم، وجرى استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقد طوّر الباحث أداة الدراسة وهي استبانة مكوّنة من (38) فقرة، تأكد الباحث من ثباتها وصدقها. وزعت على عينة الدراسة والمكونة من(150) مدرساً من مدرسي قضاء الرمادي، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة استخدام مدرسي المرحلة الإعدادية لمهارات الاتصال الفعّال في العراق من وجهة نظرهم كانت بدرجة مرتفعة. وأشارت النتائج أن مجال المحادثة حصل على أعلى تقدير بدرجة مرتفعة، ومجال الكتابة حصل على المرتبة الثاني بدرجة مرتفعة، ومجال لغة الجسم(المهارات غير اللفظية) حصل على المرتبة الثالثة بدرجة متوسطة، ومجال الاستماع حصل على المرتبة الرابعة بدرجة متوسطة، ومجال القراءة حصل على المرتبة الخامسة بأقل بتقدير وبدرجة متوسطة. وأظهرت النتائج أيضاً عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة استخدام مدرسي المرحلة الإعدادية لمهارات الاتصال الفعّال في العراق من وجهة نظرهم تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( (? ? 0.05تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة في مجالات المحادثة والقراءة والكتابة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( (? ? 0.05تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة ولصالح مستوى سنوات الخبرة (10 سنوات فأكثر) في مجالي لغة الجسم(المهارات غير اللفظية) والاستماع، وقد اختتم الباحث دراسته بمجموعة من التوصيات منها عقد دورات تدريبية لمدرسي المرحلة الإعدادية في استخدام مهارات الاتصال الفعّال وبخاصة ما يتعلق بمهارات الاستماع والقراءة والمهارات غير اللفظية (لغة الجسد). |

This study aimed at identifying the degree of using effective communication skills by teachers in the preparatory stage in Iraq from their perspectives. The researcher used the descriptive method. The researcher developed the instrument of the study, a questionnaire consisted of (38) items. It's validity and reliability were confirmed. The questionnaire was distributed to the study sample which consisted of (150) Teachers. The results of the study showed that The degree of using effective commination skills by teachers in the preparatory stage in Iraq from their perspectives was at a higher degree. The results showed that the field of conversation obtained the highest score high, the field of writing obtained second place high, and the field of body language (non-verbal skills) was ranked third with a medium degree, and the field of listening was ranked fourth with a medium degree, The fifth lowest by grade and medium. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of the use of the teachers of the preparatory stage of the skills of effective communication in Iraq from their point of view due to the variable of scientific qualification. The results also showed no statistically significant differences in the level of the use of the teachers of the intermediate level of effective communication skills in Iraq from their point of view due to the variable years of experience in the fields of conversation, reading and writing. The results also showed significant differences in the degree of the use of teachers of the intermediate level of effective communication skills in Iraq (10 years and above) in the areas of body language (non verbal skills) and listening. The researcher concluded a set of recommendations, including the need to hold training courses for teachers of the preparatory stage in the use of effective communication skills |
