هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على اثر استخدام استراتيجية المؤتمر عبر الفيديو على مهارات التواصل والدافعية لمتعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة اجنبية. وقد ركزت على مهارات التواصل التي تضمنت: اشكال الكلام والتعبير الاصطلاحي والجوانب غير اللفظية والثقافة والاصالة وكلمات الربط والعطف وقواعد اللغة ونمو المفردات. استخدمت الباحثة عينة قصديه من مجتمع الدراسة التي تكون من طالبات مدرسة الدجيل الإعدادية للبنات في منطقة صلاح الدين في شمال بغداد، واشتملت على 54 طالبة قسموا الى مجموعتين المجموعة الضابطة وتكونت من 28 طالبه والمجموعة التجريبية 26 طالبة، وتم بناء اداتي الدارسة، الأداة الأولى لقياس تحصيل مهارات التواصل، واستبانة لقياس اتجاهات الطالبات ودرجة التغير في تطور مهارات التواصل التي ممكن ان تحدث نتيجة تطبيق الدراسة، واستخدمت الباحث استراتيجية تحليل المحتوى لبناء اختبار التحصيل وتطبيق استراتيجية مؤتمر الفيديو، هدفت الاستبانه إلى البحث في التغيرات التي من الممكن ان توثر في تحصيل متعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية نتيجة لتطبيق الدراسة، تم تطبيق الدراسة خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي2018\2019 في الصف السادس الاعدادي لقياس مهارات التواصل، قامت معلمات مدرسة الدجيل الإعدادية واستاذة من جامعة تكريت خلال فترة 8 أسابيع عن طريق الانترنت باستلام نسخ من المادة التعليمية، اظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان لاستراتيجية التعلم باستخدام مؤتم عبر الفيديو لها تأثير إيجابي على مهارات التواصل لمتعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة اجنبية، كما ساعد تنفيذ الاستراتيجية في زيادة ثقة الطالبات في تعزيز مهاراتهم التعليمية وتحسين استراتيجيات التعلم الذاتي الخاصة بهم. كما أنها غيرت بشكل إيجابي من مواقف الطالبات تجاه مهارات التواصل. أوصت الباحثة أن يتواصل معلمو صلاح الدين/ العراق مع المعلمين في المدارس الأخرى لتبادل الخبرات ومناقشة طرق جديدة في تدريس متعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية. |

This study aimed at investigating the effect of using Video Conference strategy on EFL learners' communicative skills and motivation. The communicative skills which were the focus of the study included: figures of speech and idiomatic expression, non-verbal and prosodic aspects, culture and authenticity, relational words, and conjunction and grammar and vocabulary growth. The researcher chose the representative sample purposefully who were the participants from AL- Dujail Preparatory School for Girls' in Salahuddin/ north Baghdad area the participants were 54 divided into two groups; 28 students were assigned as the control group and the other 26 students were assigned as the experimental group. The researcher designed two instruments; the achievement test to measure the students' communicative skills achievement and a questionnaire to measure the students' attitude via a scale to determine the changes towards the development of their communicative skills which may occur due to the implementation of the experiment. The researcher also used the strategy of content analysis to help build the achievement test and to apply the Video Conference strategy. The experiment was applied during the first term of 2018/2019 scholastic year and used communicative skills in 6th Preparatory Student?s Book, (English for Iraq) It lasted for 8 weeks given online by teachers of AL-Dujail Preparatory School and professors at Tikrit University who received a scanned copy of their lessons, lesson preparation model and proposed worksheets. The results of the study revealed that the Video Conference strategy has positively affected the students on EFL learners' communicative skills. The implementation of the strategy helped in increasing the students' confidence, enhancing their searching skills and improving their self-learning strategies. It has also positively changed the students' attitudes towards communicative skills. Due to these findings, the researcher recommended the Salahuddin/Iraq teachers to be in contact with teachers at other schools to exchange experiences and discuss new methodologies in teaching EFL |
