Abstract

This study comes as a modest contribution to astronomy and astrophysics, by employing Kepler's laws and the solution of the two-body problem, to verify the accuracy and modify the orbital elements of two binary stars; Hip114375 and Hip114375. This is based on the new observational points of the relative positions of the binary star, which published in the Fourth Catalog of Interferometric Measurements of Binary Stars. Those points that complement the monitoring programs of the binary systems were registered using ground-based and space-based observatories. Is the orbital solution important in understanding the formation and evolution of stars and thus the Galaxy and the universe. It also plays a prominent role in the verification of theoretical astrophysics equations and their compatibility with astronomical observations. Another importance of this study is to employ the observations of GAIA Space Telescope for the measurements of the stellar distances (Parallax), which have recently been published, in calculating the mass-sum of the two stars of the binary system, and comparing them with those calculated using the parallax measurements of Hipparcos telescope in its ancient and modern catalogues. This study gives the status of modernity and keeps abreast of the latest astronomical observations by space-based telescopes
