هدفت الدِّراسة الحالية التعرف إلى مدى ممارسة معلمي التّربية المهنية في المرحلة المتوسطة لأبعاد التّعليم الفعَّال في دولة الكويت كما يحددها المعلمون أنفسهم، في ضوء متغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال تطوير استبانة تكونت من (51) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات (الأهداف والتخطيط، وإدارة الصف وتنظيمه، والتقويم ) ، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (94) معلماً ومعلمة بمحافظة الفروانية بدولة الكويت، وأظهرت النتائج أن مدى ممارسة معلمي التّربية المهنية في المرحلة المتوسطة لأبعاد التّعليم الفعَّال في دولة الكويت كما يحددها المعلمون أنفسهم جاء بدرجة متوسطة. حيث جاء مجال التقويم في المرتبة الأولى، تلاه في المرتبة الثانية مجال الأهداف والتخطيط، تلاه في المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة مجال إدارة الصف وتنظيمه وكلها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدِّراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. ما عدا مجالي الأهداف والتخطيط حيث وجدت فروق ذات دلالة احصائية وجاءت لصالح المعلمين، كما توصلت الدِّراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدِّراسة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. ما عدا مجالي الأهداف والتخطيط حيث وجدت فروق ذات دلالة احصائية لصالح ذوي المؤهل العلمي الأعلى دراسات عليا، وتوصلت الدِّراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدِّراسة تعزى لمتغير مستوى الخبرة التدريسية.
وبناء على النتائج أوصت الدِّراسة عقد دورات تدريبية لمعلمي التربية المهنية تتضمن مهارات التّعليم الفعال واستراتيجيات التّدريس الحديثة، وتوفير المدرسة لمتطلبات التّعليم الفعال من وسائل تعليمية وبيئة مدرسية آمنة.

The current study aimed identifying the extent to which vocational education teachers practice the dimensions of effective education in the intermediate stage in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of the teachers themselves, the descriptive approach was used by developing a questionnaire distributed to (94) teachers in Al-ferwaniyah governorate in Kuwait. the results showed that the extent to which vocational education teachers practiced the dimensions of effective education in the intermediate stage in Kuwait from the teachers' Medium. Where the field of evaluation came in first place followed by second in the field of objectives and planning followed by the third and final field of management of the class and organization, all came to a medium degree, and the results showed no significant differences for the responses of the sample members of the study attributed to the gender variable. Except for the area of objectives and planning, where there were differences of statistical significance and came in favor of teachers, and the study found that there are no differences of statistical significance for the responses of the members of the study sample attributed to the variable of scientific qualification. Except for the field of objectives and planning, where there were differences of statistical significance for the benefit of those with a postgraduate qualification. The study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members due to the variable years of experience.
Based on the results, the study recommended holding training courses for teachers of vocational education, including effective teaching skills and modern teaching strategies, and providing the school with the requirements of effective education from teaching aids and a safe school environment
