هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس في اكتشاف وتنمية الموهبة والإبداع لدى طلبة المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة الفروانية التعليمية، وأثر كل من متغير الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، وجنس المتعلمين، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (304) معلماً ومعلمة مدرسة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، واستخدمت أداة تكونت من (35) فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أن دور مديري المدارس في اكتشاف وتنمية الموهبة والإبداع لدى طلبة المرحلة الابتدائية في محافظة الفروانية التعليمية من وجهة نظر معلميهم جاءت متوسطة، أما ترتيب ممارسة مجالات الدراسة حسب متوسطاتها الحسابية، جاءت على النحو الآتي: (تطوير الموهبة والابداع، المعلم، الإدارة المدرسية، المجتمع المحلي). وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (? ? 0.05) لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدِّراسة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة وجاءت الفروق لصالح أكثر من 15 سنة) على مجال (المعلم، ومجال المجتمع المحلي)، وجاءت لفروق لصالح فئة ( 10-15 سنة) على مجال الإدارة المدرسية. كما دلت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (? ? 0.05) لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدِّراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وجنس المتعلمين.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها توصي الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: إشراك مديري المدارس الابتدائية في دولة الكويت بدورات تدريبية على كيفية تنمية الابداع والموهبة لدى الطلبة، واشراك المعلمين في الانشطة المصاحبة للابداع.

This study aimed to identify the The Role of School principals in discovering and developing talent and creativity among primary school students in Farwaniya Governorate; in addition to identifying the effect of gender variable, scientific qualification, years of experience, students gender. The study sample consisted of (304) was chosen in a randomly organized way from those who are employed at primary school students in Farwaniya Governorate. the researcher constructed a questionnaire which consisted of 35 items distributed on four domains: administration, teachers, local community, talent and creativity. Descriptive statistics and ANCOVA were used to analyze the principals? responses on the four domains of the questionnaire. The results showed that the Role of School principals in discovering and developing talent and creativity among primary school students in Farwaniya Governorate was moderate on the domains of the questionnaire: administration, teachers, and Develop talent and creativity, respectively.However, the arrangement of practice of the components of the field of this study according to their arithmetic averages were as follows: (Develop talent and creativity, teacher, administration, local community) respectively. The results further showed that only years of experience (at ?? 0.05) were found on the variable of scientific qualification on the domains of teachers and local community in favor of those (10-15 years), and on the domains of administration in favor of those (more than 15 years) and showed that. No statistically significant differences (at ?? 0.05) were found on the variables of gender, scientific qualification, students gender. on all domains. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the Ministry of Education in Kuwait gives the princeples courses of learning the talent and creativity principls |
