هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة امتلاك معلمي التربية البدنية في دولة الكويت للسمات القيادية في ضوء متغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة). وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، من خلال تطوير استبانة تكونت من (36) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات، وتم اختيار عينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتكونت من (618) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، وبينت النتائج أن درجة امتلاك معلمي التربية البدنية في دولة الكويت للسمات القيادية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتقديرات عينة الدِّراسة على مجالات درجة امتلاك معلمي التربية البدنية في دولة الكويت للسمات القيادية تعزى لمتغير الجنس وجاءت الفروق لصالح الذكور. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتقديرات عينة الدِّراسة على مجالات درجة امتلاك معلمي التربية البدنية في دولة الكويت للسمات القيادية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ما عدا مجالي السمات الوجدانية والانفعالية والجسمية وجاءت الفروق لصالح ذوي المؤهل العلمي دراسات عليا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتقديرات عينة الدِّراسة على مجالات درجة امتلاك معلمي التربية البدنية في دولة الكويت للسمات القيادية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة وجاءت الفروق لصالح ذوي الخبرة الطويلة.
وبناءاً على النتائج التّي توصلت إليها الدِّراسة يوصي الباحث بتنمية السمات الاجتماعية والجسمية لدى معلمي التربية البدنية من خلال إشراكهم في دورات تدريبية لتعزيز هذه السمات، وإستمرارية إنتهاج معلمي التربية البدنية للسمات الانفعالية والوجدانية والسمات الاجتماعية في درس التربية الرياضية وسياستهم التعليمية لما له من دور مهم في تنمية روح العمل والتعاون بين المعلم والطالب

The study aimed identifying having degree of physical education teacher's for leadership traits in state of Kuwait in light of the variables (gender, qualification, and years of experience). The descriptive descriptive approach was used by developing a questionnaire based on previous studies, consisting of (36) paragraphs divided into four fields. A sample was selected in the simple random way. It consisted of (618) teachers and teachers of the primary stage. The study found having degree of physical education teacher's for leadership traits in state of Kuwait was high. The study found that there were statistically significant differences in the sample of the study on the degree of ownership of leadership traits in Kuwait by the teachers of physical education. The study also found that there are statistically significant differences in the sample of the study on the degree of possession of leadership traits by the teachers of physical education in Kuwait due to the variable of scientific qualification except emotional and physical characteristics. The study found that there are statistically significant differences in the sample of the study on the degree of ownership of leadership traits by the teachers of physical education in Kuwait due to the variable years of experience.
Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommends the development of the social and physical characteristics of the physical education teachers by engaging in training courses to enhance these characteristics, and the continuation of the physical education teachers' learning of the emotional and emotional characteristics and the social characteristics in the lesson of physical education and their educational policy because of its important role in the development The spirit of work and cooperation between teacher and student
