هدفت الدِّراسة التّعرف إلى مستوى لامركزية التّدريب في مدارس محافظة الجهراء في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المُعلِّمين، والتّعرف إلى مستوى الأداء التّدريسي للمعلمين في مدارس محافظة الجهراء في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظرهم، وبيان العلاقة الارتباطية بين لامركزية التّدريب في مدارس محافظة الجهراء في دولة الكويت وتحسين الأداء التّدريسي للمعلمين، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدِّراسة تم تطوير استبانة وزعت على (900) معلمًا ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتوصلت الدِّراسة إلى أن مستوى لامركزية التّدريب في مدارس محافظة الجهراء في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المُعلِّمين، جاء متوسطاً، وتوصلت الدِّراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مجالات مستوى لامركزية التّدريب في مدارس محافظة الجهراء في دولة الكويت تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة والمرحلة التّعليمية، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الأداء التّدريسي للمعلمين في مدارس محافظة الجهراء في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظرهم، جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وتوصلت الدِّراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مجالات مستوى الأداء التّدريسي للمعلمين في مدارس محافظة الجهراء في دولة الكويت تعزى لمتغير الجنس ما عدا مجال التّخطيط حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق حيث جاءت الفروق لصالح المُعلِّمين الذكور. كما توصلت الدِّراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدِّراسة على مجالات مستوى الأداء التّدريسي للمعلمين في مدارس محافظة الجهراء في دولة الكويت تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ما عدا مجال التخطيط حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق وجاءت لصالح ذوي المؤهل العلمي دِّراسات عليا، كما توصلت الدِّراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدِّراسة على مجالات مستوى الأداء التّدريسي للمعلمين في مدارس محافظة الجهراء في دولة الكويت تعزى لمتغيري سنوات الخبرة والمرحلة التّعليمية.
وبناء على النتائج أوصت الدِّراسة بقيام وزارة التّربية بتنويع أساليبها التّدريبية التّي تقدمها للمعلمين في مشروع لامركزية التّدريب لديها لما لها من أثر في تحسين مستويات الأداء لدى المُعلِّمين، وعقد دورات تدريبية متنوعة وبصورة مستمرة للمعلمين بحيث تواكب التّطورات والتّقدم في كافة التّخصصات.

The study aim to identify the effectiveness of decentralized training in Kuwait schools from the point of view of teachers, and identify the level of teaching performance of teachers in the schools of Kuwait from their point of view and to indicate the correlation between decentralized training in Kuwait schools and improving teacher performance from their point of view, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to (900) teachers and teachers who were selected in a simple random way. The study found that the level of effectiveness of decentralized training in the schools of Kuwait from the point of view of teachers was average. The results showed that the level of educational performance of teachers in the schools of Kuwait from their point of view was medium. The study found that the level of educational performance of teachers in the State of Kuwait schools was moderate. And the study found that no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample of the study on the areas of the educational performance level of teachers in the State of Kuwait schools due to gender variable except the field of planning where the results showed differences where the differences were in favor of male teachers. The study also found that there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample of the study on the levels of educational performance of teachers in the State of Kuwait schools due to the variable of qualification except for the field of evaluation where the results showed differences for the benefit of those with postgraduate qualifications. The existence of statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample of the study on the fields of educational performance level of teachers in the State of Kuwait schools due to the variables of the years of experience and the educational stage.
Based on the results, the study recommended that the Ministry of Education diversify its training methods for teachers in its decentralized training project and conferences need to be added to these methods Performance of teachers, and holding various training courses and continuously for teachers to keep pace with developments and progress in all disciplines
