هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى تطبيق الشفافية في القطاع الحكومي الأردني، وكذلك التعرف على اثر تطبيق الشفافية في الحد من الفساد الإداري، وكما هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى انتشار الفساد الإداري في القطاع الحكومي الأردني. اتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج العلمي الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير (أستبانة) كأداة للدراسة. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في هيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد وديوان المحاسبة وبلغ عددهم (899)، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة ميسرة من موظفي ديوان المحاسبة وهيئة النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد، إذ بلغت عينة الدراسة (200) موظف من مختلف المستويات الإدارية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى تطبيق مجالات الشفافية في القطاع الحكومي الأردني كان بمستوى متوسط، كذلك توصلت إلى أن مستوى تفشي الفساد الإداري في القطاع الحكومي الأردني كان بمستوى متوسط. وكذلك وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق الشفافية في الحد من الفساد الإداري. وكما توصلت إلى عدم وجود اثر ذو دلالة إحصائية في تطبيق مجالات الشفافية كل منها منفردة في الحد من الفساد الإداري. ومن خلال النتائج أوصت الدراسة ب ضرورة تطبيق الشفافية في جميع مجالات العمل، حتى يكون لها تأثير مباشر في الحد من الفساد الإداري.

 This study aimed to identify the level of transparency application in the Jordanian government sector, as well as identifying the impact of transparency application in the reduction of administrative corruption in the Jordanian government sector . the study followed the descriptive analytical method. To achieve the goals of this study (a questionnaire) has been designed as a tool for the study .the study society consisted of all the employees of the integrity and Anti-corruption commission and the office of Accounting and amounted to (899). The study has applied on a sample of employees in audit-bureau, integrity and anti corruption commission . The study sample was ( 200) employees from various administrative levels. The study found that the level of transparency application in the Jordanian government sector was in medium level, the study also found that the level of spread administrative corruption in the Jordanian government sector was in medium level. As well as there is statistically significant effect of application transparency in reduction of administrative corruption. The study also found that there is no statistically significant effect in applying transparency fields ? each one alone ? in reduction of administrative corruption . Through the results the study recommended it's necessary to apply transparency in all areas of work in order to have direct impact in reduction of administrative corruption
